7-person cottage in the countryside

Renovated house in the heart of Entre-de-Mers, ideally located for visiting the area, 30 minutes from Saint Emilion and 1 hour from Bordeaux. In the town of Blasimon, not far from the departmental lake and the Abbey. My grandparents put their heart and soul into it. So yes, I put my own touch on it, but it was mostly a choice to keep this property that they had left me. I loved growing up there, coming and living there, so I'm sure others will appreciate this place and keep it alive.

Country house in a very natural setting with fenced swimming pool, garden furniture, barbecue, ping-pong, large garden in summer and by a fireplace from the first cold weather. The living area on the ground floor consists of a dining room, a living room with fireplace, an open-plan kitchen, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Upstairs, the sleeping area with its 4 bedrooms, bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet.

Located a few minutes' walk from the center, where you will find shops, bars, restaurants, market, nightlife, as well as a cinema showing preview films...
