We had a wonderful stay - a really beautiful house , spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It is a very quiet village with a lovely river , a supermarket 10 minute walk away and a boulangerie within a 5 minute drive . Disneyland Paris is only a 30 minute drive and Paris is easy to get to on the train from Lizy sur Ourcq - it is only 40 minutes and includes one easy change at Meaux. Just make sure you validate your ticket on the machine at your departure station to avoid a fine . The 7 days flew by and we didn’t want to come home , thank you Francois for a wonderful stay !

A great stay, the property and the surroundings are beautiful. If you are looking for the greatest calm and great nature, then you have found it. Pierre is a true host for the welcome, the stay and the departure. A person who is very sensitive to your needs. In short, a perfect place!!!

Just arrived home from a lovely peaceful week away. The house had everything we needed and a fabulous cinema room. Very strong WiFi too. Some lovely restaurants in the village, 3 bakeries, butchers and well stocked supermarket. Paris is 2 stops on the train from chantilly and all day parking at the station cost just under €7. Beautifully chateau in chantilly to explore and lots of Brocantes nearby

We were totally delighted with the apartment – especially the garden was an absolute dream! Our children had an incredible amount of fun, because they were really thought of: there were many toys and employment opportunities, so they felt really comfortable. The provider was extremely friendly, communication was smooth, warm and helpful. Also the neighborhood was very nice and pleasant. Within walking distance there was a small bakery where the owner greeted us with great warmth – and the sweet pastry was simply delicious! We would 100% recommend this place without hesitation!

We had a great weekend with three friends at Peggy's place! From Paris, there is nothing simpler to enjoy a break outside the big cities, in a home with plenty of space and everything you need, with many outdoor activities around. The garden is also very pleasant, as well as the many possible activities such as ping pong. Peggy was really very accommodating and available for the entire stay. I'd recommend it without so much as a second 😊

I recommend it without a second thought, the hosts are welcoming, extremely friendly and always available. I'm not talking about this beautiful place, extremely exotic on the outskirts of Paris. You want to recharge, go there without hesitating!

A great place for the whole family- the village is beautiful and the house is spacious with a lovely, safe pool. Definitely more for groups with children than adults looking for a swanky getaway but that was exactly what we were looking for. Thanks Domnine!

The property was absolutly wonderful, the photos don’t do it justice! I particularly appreciated the garden with its beautiful array of trees and patches of forest. The estate was so vast I dont think we made it to the edge. The house was extremly private and out of sight of any neighbours. The house itself was spacious and comfortable, so were the beds. I was working online and the internet connection was good, even with multiple connections, with a very nice dedicated workspace. The kitchen had every appliance imaginable, with enough crockery for a banquet! While I was there the trees were ripe with fruit and we were treated to pears, apples, rasberries, blackberries, stawberries, grapes and more. The chickens generously provided us with fresh eggs every morning and the peacocks were not only beautiful to watch but also friendly. Not to talk about the wild forna including squirels, pheasents, woodpekers and other small birds… It was a pleasure meeting Philippe who not was an excellent host; showing us around the property and being helpful with our questions, but also an excellent cook, perparing traditional french food for us per our request. He was fun to be around. Overall a great experience, we are already planning when we can visit again!

What an amazing home and grounds!! We met our friends with their kids for a long weekend and had the absolute most wonderful time. The house was warm and inviting and had everything we needed with the most amazing yard in the middle of the french countryside. The kitchen was well equipped, and we enjoyed dinner on the back deck every evening as The kids ran and played in the yard before and after dinner! Highly recommend and looking forward to returning!

We had a wonderful weekend with colleagues in Thomas's house. Everything was perfect: -The exchanges with the host very responsive and concerned about our comfort. -SELFcheck-in. -The huge, clean and quiet house, with an exterior conducive to relaxation( swimming pool, barbecue, ping pong). -The bedding is very comfortable. - Recommended places nearby. Great weekend with friends! Good communication before our stay with Katia (host). The interior and exterior photos of the property are in line with reality, the accommodation is clean and without any vis-à-vis! Quality amenities (kitchen, bedding,etc.) and sufficient capacity for a group. Big advantages of this house: the heated outdoor pool and the covered hot tub but mostly accessible unlimited during the stay. A big thank you also to Michelle and Martin, who were very accommodating during the key exchange for check-in and check-out. Thanks Katia, this is a place I keep in my favorites!

The house was very well-kept and clean. The host of the house treated us like family. She booked and drove me to a doctor’s appointment, and also took me to several places in the city, accompanying and assisting me on her own time. She had flexible check in and check out times, as we came in early and checked out late with no problem at all. If I were to list everything she had done for me, this review would be far too long. We cannot thank her enough for her hospitality, and we can’t wait to come back.

I would like to express my gratitude for the exceptional hospitality that Caroline gave us in her beautiful home. We were truly delighted by the experience in her home. The house is simply splendid and I am still amazed by the refined decor and attention to details in every room. The spa and sauna were a real joy. The pool is also a major asset and we felt like we were in a peaceful retreat. An even more special experience thanks to Caroline's kindness and attention. Smile and kindness really brightened our stay. A short but unforgettable stay. We will keep a wonderful memory of this meeting.

We rented this Airbnb for an EVJF, and it was a great experience! No parties inside, but certainly no boredom. The accommodation is spacious, clean and very well-equipped for a good time. Between foosball, the basketball basket, the football field, the trampoline, the pool, the barbecue and even Netflix for relaxing evenings, everyone finds their happiness. Sonia is an exceptional host, responsive and very attentive. The hosting was perfect. I had read a few reviews about surveillance cameras, but I want to clarify that we're definitely not filmed. The villa is simply connected and well equipped which really facilitates the stay. I will be back without hesitation, whether with friends or family. I recommend this Airbnb 100%. Thank you to Sonia and her husband for their kindness and hospitality!

We had an amazing bachelor weekend here with 12 guys. Yona was super responsive in the weeks before, and check-in instructions were clear. The garden was a huge plus: between the pool, badminton net, and basketball hoop, we were never bored. Conty is very quiet but had everything we needed close by. A supermarket and several food places were within walking distance. The local pizzeria was worth the 45-minute wait for 6 large pizzas. Inside was just as great: a spacious living area with a large dining table we used for poker night and a small party after, a compact kitchen that suited our needs (though we didn’t cook), and plenty of bed- and bathrooms. The beds were comfy and the rooms and spacious. I do want to note that there were non-disclosed cameras present: 1 outside and 3 inside (kitchen, hallway, living room). While inside cameras are prohibited even if disabled (Airbnb policy), Yona reassured us with app screenshots that they are never active whenever guests are present.

Very friendly hosts who live in the house next door. Beautiful surroundings and the house has everything you need for a long or short stay. Nice touch of fresh tomatoes, home made jam and a local beer left. Gave information on local things to do and see and where the local shops were. Added bonus of a lovely pool . The only thing to note on this is it is in the hosts part of the garden, although they were very discreet and were not around when we used the pool. Would recommend this house and the area. Communication on Airbnb is not with the hosts but they will deal with you when you arrive.

Céline’s place was perfect for our family holiday. The house is as described with large bedrooms throughout and the communal space is comfortable and stylish. The outdoor space is even better. The pool is clean and a nice temperature, the huge garden had games and toys for our 3 year old son. Communication with Céline was good and she responded quickly to our queries during the stay. It was perfect for us. Get out of the city in the evening and have peace and quiet! The train station is about a 15-minute walk.

The house was beautiful and very private. The facilities were as described and in great condition. We all had great fun in the pool and gardens which were extensive. This was our second time in this peaceful place, it's even better in the sun to enjoy the beautiful natural pool and the garden in bloom. Everything is beautiful in this place. Thank you for hosting us and the local recommendations, we tasted Andrée's potatoes and went on a canoe trip on the Seine.
