Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Clermont

Comfortable bed, great location, very walkable. Very good boulangeries and patisseries in the area. My daughter loved the cafe americano at Notre Patisserie across the street. Nicolas was able to meet us early to drop off our luggage which was much appreciated. No AC, but we purchased a couple small fans at a monoprix and slept with the windows open and it was perfect. Small elevator was helpful after a long day of walking. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this apartment.

We had a great stay in Paris. Rodolphe’s place was just as described and very close to transport that we could explore Paris on our own. Our stay was made even more enjoyable by the host Rodolphe, very responsive, flexible and prompt with replies. Hands down the best host I have experienced so far. Definitely recommend this place and Rodolphe.

It's so tempting to not give this place the review it deserves because I want it to be available for all my future visits to Paris, but Anne & Jean-Luc absolutely deserve all the accolades. This apartment is the quintessential Parisienne apartment you always imagined living it. Tucked away and quite but convenient to everything you want to see. Well appointed including decor imbued with family and building history but without feeling fragile or cluttered. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She offered luggage storage and provided her own family items to make sure my toddler felt at home. We truly felt at home, and my group regularly proclaimed it our favorite AirBNB we'd ever stayed at--we're already looking forward to future stays here. Thank you, Anne & Jean-Luc for the magical experience.

Great stay! The apartment was easy to find, easy to get into, super clean, and perfect distance to the metro to take us wherever we wanted in Paris. We loved our stay and would stay here again!

Wonderful! Would stay there again and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends and family. Great flat, great host, and lots to do steps from the front door. My friend and I truly LOVED Cristina’s space. She was a wonderful host, very responsive and there upon check in to greet us. While the accommodations were compact (this will be most anywhere in Europe) it had everything we needed. We really appreciated having access to a w/d and the bed was quite comfy. Upon arrival due to the bustling area I was a bit nervous about what the noise would be like in the evening and it was a total non-issues. The courtyard was very quiet and we were not able to hear the happenings on the street. Cristina’s local suggestions were also amazing. We ate at several of the restaurants she suggested to us and loved them. No issues at all and would totally stay here again! True to the listing, this space is not suitable for children. I would also say if you have any issues or nervousness around stairs this is not the accommodation for you. The stairs were quite narrow and steep (as most places we went in Paris). Just something to keep in mind. Our stay was 11/10!

We had a wonderful stay in this sweet, comfortable studio. It suited us perfectly. We loved the airy feel due to the large windows and balcony. We appreciated the washer/dryer combo to catch up on a few items of washing. The kitchen allowed us to prepare our picnic lunches before we headed out into the city for our sight seeing. We thoroughly recommend the studio to anyone wanting to experience an authentic Paris city stay.

We came for peace, a beautiful environment and walks with the dog. Found this all. The village was like an open-air museum. The rooster of Française is a sweetheart. The Gîte and the garden are magnificent. Française is an exemplary host.

A good stay in a traditional house, which was 20 mins from Parc Asterix. Our three grandchildren slept in the bedroom with bunk beds and a pull out bed

Pleasant stay in the countryside in a charming cottage, welcoming, comfortable, very well arranged, with nice decor and close to many sites to visit and walks in the forests: Crépy en Valois, Pierrefonds, Compiègne, Senlis...

Beautiful place to stay. The beds were just a little small for us?( Queen size?) Manon was very friendly and always responded quickly to requests. Small gifts sweetened our arrival. Great quiet area and wonderful sunset views. It was a great time, thank you 🫶🏼

Thanks to Iteb for hosting us. The accommodation is spacious, clean, comfortable and ultra-connected. The pool and SPA location is simply awesome, with a screen and projector to watch a movie with your feet in the water. And all 100% private. In short, this accommodation is a rare find, we'll be happy to come back. 😁

Pierre was an incredible host! The private Villa was inside a gated historic community. You immediately feel safe and are in awe, of the cozy space. Inside the sixth District, which was close to everything we wanted to see while visiting Paris the Metro was only a six minute walk, restaurants and cafés abundantly located nearby. Pierre went the extra mile to allow us early entrance and had us picked up from the airport. I would recommend this beautiful space to anyone I know. Pierre was readily available to answer. Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

Nice place to stay! We were 3 people and that worked well! Also thanks to the good weather and the nice terrace. The host was very helpful with questions and proactively placed a protection over my bike. Very satisfied! Beautiful region too!

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

We had a great time with the family. The accommodation matches the photos, and it is very well decorated. It feels like home. We couldn't enjoy the small garden because the temperatures were a little cold for us. The location is ideal for getting to Disney, we will recommend it to our loved ones.

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions.
