I live in a beautiful apartment close to the Coubertin nautical stadium, the Philippe Marcombe stadium, the bus station, the La Comédie theater... and less than ten minutes from the city center. The apartment is quiet, non-smoking with beautiful parquet where it feels good to walk barefoot (I will ask you to put your shoes at the entrance). Bright, with beautiful windows, it faces east-west, which allows, weather permitting, to enjoy the two balconies for eating out.

A wellness cottage can be privatized on site: 6-seater HOT TUB including a lounger and sauna.

Our house is intended for a family with children, comfortable for a couple. -We offer a studio: Dining table, Mini bar, Coffee maker, kettle. - No kitchen - Internet -Toilet and shower - Bed (1600x2000) - bed (1200x1900) -Only dogs are accepted: We ask for an extra €15 per stay per dog not exceeding 40cm at the withers, beyond this size the surcharge amounts to €30. We limit the number of these companions to two.

We offer our independent room on the ground floor of our house which has an independent entrance, as well as an outdoor dining area for a quiet lunch or dinner. Our room is ideally located close to all shops, within 5 minutes' walking distance. It is also a 15-minute walk to downtown Clermont-Ferrand and only a 10-minute drive to Puy De Dôme.
