Villa vacation rentals in Clearwater

If you want a quiet place outside of downtown but only 20mins away from the action then stay here. it was great, peaceful and CLEAN!! Lots of space, and beds were so comfortable I had a great time! Would stay again!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Amanda’s AirBNB! It was exactly as pictured and it was a quiet stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, my partner and I mentioned the comfort every day least once! I did have to reach out due to not understanding how to work the stove top, but it was just unplugged after further review but I didn’t get a response at all regarding it but thankfully we figured it out (user error haha) I would definitely stay again, it had everything we needed for a great stay and all within an hour from the things we wanted to go and do!

We absolutely loved this home! I really appreciated how clean the home was kept. We felt safe in the quiet neighborhood. We went to Tampa a lot during our stay for Busch Gardens and we loved how it was outside of all the craziness of Tampa. We would definitely recommend this home. Our kids loved taking a bath in the master bathroom tub and hanging out in the hammock on the porch! :)

Everything as exactly as described. It was easily accessible, very clean and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and right at home from the minute we walked in. Sebastian was VERY responsive to any messages we left, like within minutes of posting. I would be more that happy to reserve this location in the future and highly recommend to anyone I know that will be travelling to Tampa. Thank you so much for making us feel like family and providing the "at home" environment.

This is our second stay with CBC and just as the first, it was a spectacular stay. One minor hiccup with a code timing out on us the first evening, however, Ryan and Pattie made all efforts to correct the issue and we were all set! We highly recommend staying in the Villas with CBC, it’s a fantastic experience and a true home away from home.

Daniel’s place was great. Everything was well kept, neat, and we sure loved how everything was labeled! Definitely a place I would come to again!

Margarettes place was wonderful. My wife and I have been doing extended stay trips for years. Her place was the best so far. There was an issue with the air conditioning when we arrived. Margarette was responsive , acted quickly and resolved the problem as quickly as she could. Would definitely recommend the home !

A++++ stay! Felt so lucky to be the inaugural renters of this beautiful property, which had all the amenities, cleanliness and professional caretaking of a top-flight rental, but still somehow felt like a home. HUGE house, perfect for a family with lots of privacy and space for everyone. The private access beach is a rare and unbelievably luxurious plus, and the house comes equipped with warm-water outdoor shower, beach chairs and umbrellas and to help you make the most of it. One of the best-stocked kitchens I've ever seen, with every possible kitchen accessory and super-sharp knives. The managers / owners were very responsive, gracious and helpful -- definitely pros. An idyllic, peaceful getaway, tucked away in your own private corner of Gulf Coast Florida . . . Highest recommendation.

Great location within walking distance of downtown Dunedin and other areas, plus a short drive to Clearwater beach. The space was super cleanly and the property is very well kept. We had a wonderful stay at Isabella’s home! It was the perfect place for a family getaway. The house is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The beds were extremely comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. The pool area was awesome — a great spot to relax and enjoy the Florida weather. Isabella was a fantastic host, very responsive and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The residence was clean and met our needs for the 9 family members that stayed (3 nights). The kitchen has plenty of counter space. The home was roomy enough for all, but some of the seating (blue chairs in photos) was not in the home. If you are traveling with elders, just note that 2 of the 3 bathrooms have smaller than standard doors. My mom’s walker would not fit through them. The beds are very comfortable. We would stay here again if coming to town.

Great location! So many restaurants and shops that are walkable. Beach access so easy. Place was very clean and had everything we needed.

This was a great place to start our vacation. We were all impressed by the decor and very comfortable from the get go. Our kids loved the pool and we easily spent an afternoon in the backyard enjoying the scenery and bird song. The pizza oven was also a highlight of our Friday night. Our hosts were great. Very welcoming before we arrived and were quick to respond to an issue we ran into that we were able to solve very quickly. We'd love to come back again in the future and highly recommend to anyone thinking of visiting!

My parents and I and our 3 dogs absolutely loved our stay here. We enjoyed the back yard and pool more than we enjoyed going to the beach! The house was extremely clean, and we loved the huuuuge TV in the living room. The kitchen is pretty bare bones as far as cooking and cleaning items, but that was a minor issue for us. My dad said he wanted to come back to this house at least 20 times haha. We'll be back!

My family and I had a great time at Nancy's place. my kids especially loved the large pool! There was more than enough room for our group.

Great location and space

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The house is large and laid out nicely with a big updated kitchen, large primary suite with an awesome bathroom, and of course the pool was an added bonus. Only suggestion is to have extra blankets and more glasses and coffee mugs. It's a great place and I recommend staying!

Steven's place was perfect for our large family gathering. It had everything we needed. Plenty of stores and restaurants close by. Located in a quiet neiborhood. We really enjoyed the screened in pool area.
