Large home accommodated our group nicely. One suggestion would be to put on window coverings for privacy and have wine glasses.

Word’s can’t explain how absolutely amazing our time at the house was. My family and I spent the weekend here and it was everything we could’ve asked for and more! The pool was absolutely amazing and the was house very neat, the neighborhood was also very peaceful and quiet. We will most definitely be back in the future.

Last minute booking and Carla responded quickly. Place was so comfortable. Felt right at home. Decor was so nice. I would recommend her place to anyone looking to stay in Jacksonville. Especially if you have pets. I really loved it.

Was a great place to stay. We had a very minor issue with the AC when we first arrived. The host responded right away and let us know how to fix the issue. The house was just as described. We would definitely stay again.

The best thing about this place is the owners. They are absolutely phenomenal! The saying, "Ask and you shall receive " is key here. They are so responsive! They checked in after night one. My family has extreme sensitivity to fragrances. I mentioned that we didnt sleep well because of fragrances on the sheets, blankets and items. They worked with us to find a solution but I said no worries we will figure it out. Instead this sweet family ordered new sheets, towels, hand towels and washcloths for ALL the rooms. We communicated consistently throughout the stay. They provided everything we needed and then some. The pool is PHENOMENAL! We spent so much time in the amazing heated pool. In addition as they were ordering paper products and other things I noted would be helpful (silverware etc) they also ordered more pots and pans too! Any questions we had they answered. They went above and beyond. Best hosts. Comfortable rooms. We love the closeness to highway and other attractions. ❤️

Very happy with our stay here. As a Norwegian family of 6 we really felt like we where living the «american dream» in a real neighbourhood. The kids loved the pool and the garden, and we had a good base to experience the Jacksonville area.

This was our second year in a row that I rented the place. My nieces live up by there. One graduated last year. One graduated this year. The place was simply amazing. There was a lot to do. It was big enough to host guests. I would recommend this place to anyone. Whether it’s with friends or family. I had both there. It did not disappoint either time. The pool was great, the games were great, the house overall was great.

My family and I had a wonderful time staying in this very homey house. It’s very specious and clean and had everything we needed. My kids enjoyed swimming in the pool and fishing at the nearby dock. I highly recommend staying here.

My stay at Henrys cottage was great. I was perfect for what I needed. Very quite and comfortable. The lake was is absolutely gorgeous. Henry was very helpful as well. Would definitely stay again.

I was a little worried since this listing has one review but let me just say everything was perfect! Really a hidden jewel, and trust me every time I come home I’ll be booking this same unit!! Communication was superb, amenities was perfect, nice clean neighborhood, the host was so easy to communicate with and so much more. I could literally go on and on ! I really appreciate everything that this listing offered!!

This is an older, but well maintained and still very nice second floor apartment. It was clean and comfortable and well-stocked. The gated community was quiet and staff were pleasant. Marc was a great host, very responsive. I'm not familiar with gated communities, so I didn't know what to expect, but it wasn't a hassle at all. No fees or forms or signatures or keys or logins, just tell them the apartment number, your name, and show your ID. Easy.

House was clean and spacious. Annette’s description of the rental was accurate. The rental also provided some essentials. The value of the rental was exceptional. The location was convenient and by local grocery stores, restaurants, fast food, and shopping. Had a great two week stay with our dogs.

Beautiful location and great accessibility for wheelchairs. I highly recommend it if you need a place to stay with wheelchair accessibility. Ramps where you need them, and large doorways and space for wheelchairs to move around inside and out.

Amazing hospitality, the small farm allowed my youngest boys to roam and interact with the animals. Yvette was a great host and showed my kids a great time with looking at ducks/chickens/goats. Kept them off the electronics and outside. We all had a great time here.

The location of this area is close to the interstate and convenient. The home was cozy and I couldn’t have asked for better communication from the host! 10 out of 10, I do recommend.
