Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Clay County

The location was wonderful, perfect view of the water, and so peaceful. Our only issue was all of the wasp nests, spiderwebs in and out of the home, and not the cleanest or most maintained overall. We very much enjoyed our stay and if the owners invested more time into maintaining the inside and out this could be an incredible getaway for families. I have one kid with arachnophobia, so the spider webs were an issue for us personally.

My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves. Everything was as advertised and the grandkids loved the pool. The house was in a great location and close to stores, entertainment and food spots. We will definitely love to stay here again Don't hesitate, go ahead and book your next vacation why Peter!

This home is very comfortable and well maintained. It has excellent quality beds and was very clean. Appliances are new and in pristine condition. Upon arrival the home was freshly washed and clean. Plenty of towels and linens and closet/dresser storage space for the travelers whom need to have long stays. We will definitely plan on booking again in the future. Our host was genuinely supportive- working with me as we needed to stay for a family funeral and exact dates for our reservation were difficult to confirm. Beyond 5-star rating - great value for the money.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Gathering Place as we were in the area for a few days for our oldest grandson's graduation from a nearby high school. The home had a nice layout, was very well decorated and had a lot of amenities included: a completely equipped kitchen, a wide variety of coffees, a full compliment of spices (although we did not cook there due to wanting to sample the local cuisine), plentiful towels for both the bathrooms and the kitchen, extra bedding, such as comforters and blankets, a washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided and even a stocked first aid kit, which I'm happy to say, wasn’t needed. It really felt like home! The four bedroom home was just the right size for the six of our out-of-town family members who stayed overnight there and the other three local family members who dropped in daily from nearby Orange Park. The large driveway and having access to the garage to park away from the searing sun were both pluses. Everything was as advertised.

The house met our needs perfectly and the amazing back deck gave an extra living area for relaxing. Freddy and Vicky were greats hosts.

Large home accommodated our group nicely. One suggestion would be to put on window coverings for privacy and have wine glasses.

We had a lovely weekend here! The home was exactly as described - extremely clean too. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed walking the loop and spotting the unusual ducks. This is a great to stay home, especially if you have children with you. Host was amazing and very flexible with our check in which was so appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and sparkling clean home! Angela and Chris' home is located in a fantastic neighborhood, close to a wide variety of shopping and dining, but is super quiet and peaceful. Their home had comfortable beds, was elegantly furnished, and laid out nicely. Angela was extremely kind and responsive. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The place was great! Even though we had to share common areas, it worked out great. The other two places were rented at the same time by people other than our family, but it was absolutlely no problem. We made new friends! The only issue that ever came up was the parking. We had rented the space to accomodate my in-laws that were in for the holiday. My children and my husband's sibling wanted to come and visit, but the parking was very limited. We managed it by carpooling from my house that is not very far away. Andrew was very nice and quick to respond to any issues and also very understanding of our circumstances. This place is absolutley amazing and is full of places to just relax for any size group of people. There is always a little nook somewhere to escape to if you need to get away from the rest of the residents. I would totally recommend for vacation or just a get-away!

While GPS will not take you to the right place, Bob did a good job explaining how to locate the place. It’s absolutely gorgeous, accommodating and comfortable! Everything you need is in one place. There is grocery not too far away, anything you could Possibly need in a kitchen and entertainment. From television to a small library of interesting and pertinent books. My husband and I enjoyed flipping through the local nature books as we sat on the dock. My last morning was magical as a herd of manatees approached me while sitting on the pier! We went kayaking, and were walking distance from the venue next door. Truly this place is a slice of paradise and probably Jacksonville’s best kept secret. We are hoping to return! Everything was lovely and relaxing.

We had great time at Ivy's property. The place is wonderful. Super clean. Lake, fishing deck, fire pit, grill, balcony, everything was perfect. The house is loaded with extra items such as coffee machine and other essentials. Owners very professional, just the way it should be. Highly recomended!

The apartment was really nice and clean, pool was great and Nakita was very nice host. We had blast, felt like our own home, very cozy

Olenma was a nice host and responded quickly. Check in was a very easy process and the location was quiet.
