Ci troviamo all'interno del tessuto del centro storico di Piozzo, a pochi passi dalla piazza principale e dallo storico locale Baladin. Ristrutturato di recente, l'appartamento è formato da un unico ambiente con soppalco in legno. Al piano inferiore sono localizzati la zona giorno e il bagno, mentre il soppalco ospita la zona notte. L'accesso all'appartamento avviene per mezzo di una scala metallica a due rampe, che termina su un piccolo balcone, affacciato su un cortile interno.

Huset ligger helt usjenert, ca 500 meter over havet, med vinmarker på alle sider og en egen liten vinmark med Dolcetto-druer.
