We spent five nights here, immersing ourselves in the tranquility of this enchanting village. The journey to Stramare was a perfect prelude to the serenity that awaited us. The village with its stone houses felt like a step back in time. Our stay in the lovingly restored house was a blend of rustic charm and comfort. The antique furnishings and the cozy atmosphere made it a delightful retreat. Traveling with our dog was a joy – the peaceful surroundings and nature trails were perfect for long walks. A special thanks to Mariano, who lives just next door. He was welcoming and shared wonderful local restaurant recommendations that truly enriched our experience. Thank you for preserving this magical place and its traditions. It’s a rare gem that allows visitors to experience true peace and connection with nature.

The apartment is very comfortable & well located for exploring the area. It is priced very fairly and a great value. Antonella was a warm, flexible & welcoming host. Digital workers needing high-speed Wifi should be aware that WiFi is not perfect in mountain towns in the area, but there are many nearby cafes within a short drive where digital nomads can have very high speed Wifi. We enjoyed working on our laptops at San Marco Cafe in nearby Puos D’Alpago. Hikers should check out the day hikes to Rifugio Semenza in nearby Tambre (beautiful & fun!). Thank you Antonella

Stunning architecture, great additional services.

I can only recommend this appartement to anyone looking for a cosy, but near the centre place. You are at the end of a small road, near the boat station, so you'll be pretty calm especially with the garden that is provided. You're at 25 minutes by foot of the san marco basilic, and right five minutes from all the restaurants and bars you could ask for. The host were also very welcoming, and helped us get through the tourist tax problems, and just overall settle in. You can absolutely book the place blindly, at least we did, and had the most wonderful time!

Lovely renovated apartment. We had a lovely stay at this new and well-designed apartment. The recently renovated house has retained all its charm while offering a modern and quiet setting (good soundproofing between the apartments). The equipment is complete, the bedding comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable upon arrival. It made settling in so easy and comfortable. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Their warmth truly enhanced my experience. The place was spotless and very well-maintained, which gave me peace of mind throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the stunning view from the living room. I loved enjoying my breakfast while taking in the beautiful mountain scenery-it was simply breathtaking and made each morning special.
