This home is fantastic and probably the best Airbnb I've stayed at. The location is easily accessible, close to everything, safe, and quiet. The host was awesome - - very communicative without over communicating (but still available), which I greatly appreciate. Lastly, the space itself was perfect. It was clean, beautifully updated and decorated, and the host really did think of everything; it was perfectly furnished. Lastly, the backyard was a dream - - beautifully landscaped, large, comfortable, and the privacy fence was awesome. My dogs were obsessed with the backyard. I come to Louisville frequently and this will definitely be my new go-to Airbnb space when I visit. I highly recommend this space to everyone and will undoubtedly stay here again. I literally have no improvement suggestions or negative feedback; everything was really great.

We had a great time at Eric’s property - it is modern and well decorated. The neighborhood is great and has a lot of restaurants within a short walk. The property is very comfortable and includes a back patio with a TV but there are also TVs in all the rooms. It’s located in a really neat community with nice homes and walking paths. I would definitely recommend staying here and you won’t be disappointed. We’ve stayed at several AirBNBs over the years and this was one of my favorites.

The property was just as it is listed. We had an enjoyable, spacious, and comfortable stay. Great location, clean property, and very cute neighborhood. The game room/garage offered great entertainment for my family.

I had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb in Jeffersonville, Indiana, for a few nights while attending Abbey Road on the River, and it was truly one of the best stays I’ve ever had. The space had everything you could possibly need—from a beautifully designed kitchen to a super comfortable bed. There were plenty of extra blankets, sheets, and towels, and the shower was absolutely amazing. The decor was stylish and welcoming, and the hosts struck the perfect balance of being available without being intrusive. They checked in just enough to let me know they were there if I needed anything. The location is fantastic—within walking distance of great restaurants, bars (if that's your thing), and charming small businesses like the old candy shop, which I loved. The area felt safe and friendly, with the police department nearby for added peace of mind. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area. Definitely plan to return, as well as check out some of Fredie's other units!

This is our second time staying at Kelsee’s house. It is cute and comfortable- with a nice fenced-in backyard. We appreciated the snacks and delicious baked goods and our dog loved playing fetch in the backyard. Always a great overnight stop on our cross-country drive.

This is a fabulous place right in the heart of a great neighborhood full of restaurants and shops! You can walk to pretty much anything you need. It was much quieter than I expected, for how active the neighborhood is. I would definitely stay there again!

We had a great stay. Barbara was very nice and gave clear instructions. We will be staying here again if we come back to this area.

Cory's place was super convenient for spending a few days in Southern Indiana. The town is adorable and just a couple blocks away and there was plenty more to do within a short drive. There was a tornado watch during our stay and she even sent us info on how to shelter in the basement if we wanted/needed to. We felt very well taken care of!

Justin's place on 4th St was awesome - perfect for my son and I on an overnight stay after traveling to Louisville for a concert. Justin was super communicative and friendly. His place is super clean and comfy (makes me want a new mattress at home!). Will definitely contact him next time we're in town and need a place to stay!

The host was great at communicating with us before, during and after our stay. They not only provided so much useful information about the home and area but gave customized information, worked with us for an early check-in and checked on us after we arrived. She's super friendly and the home is great. With the 2 rules being take off shoes and have fun... it was a great place and somewhere we would certainly stay again if we're in the area.

I originally booked 1 day short and was happy to be able to extend the stay - Tess was prompt with a response. The place was very comfortable - loved the back upper deck to have a cup of coffee in the morning. The location could be an easy walk to the down town area but we chose to drive & park - especially after our race. I would be a repeat visitor if I have a chance to go back.

Jaclyn’s place was the perfect, dreamiest stay in a very walkable area! The decor originally drew us in (I mean how could it not — it’s absolutely gorgeous) but the amenities, convenience and Jaclyn’s prompt communication were the cherries on top. Would highly recommend her place if you’re looking for the coziest home away from home. Her guidebook with recommendations was amazing. We tried many of her suggestions and she was spot on with all of them!

You will love this oasis of an apartment. Hubby and I absolutely loved it. Ruth has gone above and beyond to make this apartment very comfortable for your stay. The apartment is charming, spotless, spacious, with lots of amenities. The bed is super comfortable with crisp fresh smelling sheets. There is a good supply of towels, extra covers, great water pressure with hot water. It has everything you need plus more. Fantastic tea/coffee bar with several selections. Easily accessible to local restaurants, shops, breweries, farmers market on Saturday’s etc.. The town is very quaint. And our host Ruth was absolutely fantastic. Very responsive. Made herself available at all times. She is all about making sure that you are enjoying your stay and that you have everything you need. The front porch has comfortable lawn couches we enjoyed sitting in and unwinding after a busy day. One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at. Ruth, it was wonderful meeting you and thank you for everything!!!

I stayed at Sophia’s place for 2 nights for a much needed mama stay-cation. It was perfect, the building was quiet and very secure. I felt very safe. The apartment is just as described and as very clean and so cute. Perfect walking distance to anything in east market district which was great for a girls night out and Sunday brunch! Will definitely try to book again for another stay cation or girls night!

Nice safe place for the value. Wasn’t a fan of the parking with a large SUV and current remodeling but it was safe and clean. The living area was spacious and comfortable. Rooms were clean.

For a family-fun filled weekend in Louisville, this was the perfect location!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Easy to get to, nice little balcony, very clean, uncluttered. Bed was comfortable and there were extra linens. In fact, we are hoping to stay again this summer.
