Quiet wilderness guest home

Only the number of REGISTERED GUESTS may visit or stay in the home. Eight miles from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, half an hour from Amish country, and a 60-minute drive from Pittsburgh, our home offers a peaceful retreat. PLEASE NOTE: the house is accessed via a rough country driveway. We drive all kinds of vehicles up the hill, but we do not advise bringing your Lamborghini To be clear, this home is regularly used for our family fellowship and is not appropriate for parties.

Feel welcomed in this quiet, clean, modern suite on the edge of Indiana borough. This dedicated Airbnb apartment is attached to my house with a separate entrance. Both beds are in the same large room much like a hotel room. It has a cork floor and a king size bed and full size futon couch/bed with a gel foam mattress cover. Simple but elegant decor. Make yourself Keurig coffee and watch Netflix! I am available to answer your questions and ensure that you have a comfortable stay.

Rustic Spring House on sheep ranch. 68 acres to roam with stream, ponds, sheep, horses, donkeys, and chickens. Enjoy the life of a shepherd, within three mile of a quaint college town and home of Jimmy Stewart and 30 min. from Smicksburg, an Amish community. It's very reminiscent of a true Scottish BnB with North Country Cheviot Sheep. When available, breakfast is served in the main farm house. The cabin was gorgeous! It was spacious, clean and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. It is close to great shopping area and restaurants as well. Host was great with instructions & communication before/during our stay.

We enjoyed a short stay here while visiting family nearby. The house has been very recently renovated and is extremely attractive and comfortable. It is very well equipped with everything needed, and the hosts went the extra mile to make sure everything was top-notch - this even exceeded expectations. We will very likely look to stay here again for the next family event in Apollo!

My husband and I stayed here with our two young kids. It was a great place to stay while enjoying Idlewild, The Fort Ligonier Museum and the unique restaurants and shops in Ligonier. We mostly enjoyed the large deck and firepit set up. The light strung from the trees to the house give it really nice ambience. Everything was very very clean. We had everything we needed to cook. We would certainly return again.
