Farmstay vacation rentals in Clarence Valley Council

Such a lovely cottage to stay in, very private and had everything you could need. As others have said there is some road noise but it really didn’t bother or impact our stay. Whilst the weather didn’t behave we could still sit out on the gorgeous big deck and watch the world go by & we were lucky to see such a picturesque sunset. I slept in the single bed which was cosy and comfortable (and could have my little doggie in his bed on the floor beside me) & my brother had the other room. He loved having the curtains open as the view from the bed was great. Actually all the windows had views of the creek, fields and trees and wildlife. Don’t expect the Hilton, but expect everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. It was such a peaceful stay for us & as we were leaving we were farewelled by a number of sheep and lambs - that was so lovely to see. We both agreed we would have no hesitation in staying there again. Thanx for having us x

We had a wonderful stay. It was so great to be out of wifi and phone reception. It was very close to the hiking areas and when it rained all day Saturday we enjoyed watching dvds and playing board games at the cabin. We would definitely come back.

Pamela was an absolute star from the moment we booked the accommodation. The cottage itself was the perfect get-away from the hustle and bustle. The breakfast selection they are willing to offer is also custom to your taste and its wonderful they take waste into consideration

Loved my stay at Hernani Wilderness Hut. It was simple, rustic, charming and homely, and very peaceful. It was perfect for a time of solitude and connection with nature and the wildlife. If you think 5-star hotels are all the same and you are looking for a rural escape, then this is the place. It’s not glamourous but is truly authentic and welcoming. Susan was an excellent communicator and her directions and instructions were clear and comprehensive. I hope to come again!

We had a lovely stay at Bernadette’s place, the location and surrounds were very peaceful, and we enjoyed the view of the river and the friendly animals. Just a note that the beds are quite high so may be a bit tricky for anyone with mobility issues but otherwise very comfortable. Would stay again when back in the Yamba / Maclean area 😊

We stayed here for a weekend with Michael and Emmi (the beautiful Maremma) Such a lovely spot along the Clarence river, the apartment was amazing, beautiful setting, and it has an outdoor shower with the best pressure and the most amazing hot water. Sat in the bath tub outside beside the fire for a few drinks. Micheal was kind enough to give us some of his ginger which was amazing. Will definitely be back Thanks again

We know this lovely area fairly well and had just cleared out our place nearby prior to settlement of its sale. Steve's place was a lovely place to stay after we had cleared ours out and it just suited our needs. We intend staying again as we will still be visiting close family in the area from time to time and Steve's place ticks all our boxes.

We have stayed at Sue and Bill's several times and we are never disappointed. Thanks for having us.

I went for my birthday and it was a wonderful experience through and through. Even with a lot of rain the dome was cozy and the farm was beautiful! Meg and Edwina were absolutely lovely and went the extra mile with decorating the room, providing extra amenities and being so responsive! I would recommend the Peace Dome to everyone, it was incredibly peaceful and relaxing

Such a gorgeous location and the accommodation was fantastic. Wonderfully peaceful and quiet. Cottage was absolutely spotless. Loved the little extras provided and the lovely welcome message. Our dog was in heaven and really enjoyed the walks around the property, visiting the farm animals and playing with Zap. Even though the cottage is not far from the house, it felt very private. The kitchen is incredibly well fitted out with everything you need to self cater. Just make you stock up in Coffs. Thank you Corinne and Fred :)

We loved our stay at Alyson and Glen's place in Palmers Channel. The house and yard were spacious, beautiful and spotless, and perfectly suited our multigenerational family holiday. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ally and Glen's place to other travelers, especially large groups. We also highly recommend future visitors check out Blue Pool at Angourie. What a local gem!

An absolute gem of a place. Exactly as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. Has everything you could ever need. Even a Nespresso machine (just bring your own pods as none provided). Other than that, a flawless stay. This is our new go to down there.

Lorraine was an excellent host who made the whole rental experience easy. The accomodation was excellent! Old world charm and everything you could possibly want for an enjoyable and relaxing stay, including amazing countryside views and wildlife. The homemade slice and stocked fridge was also a special touch.

We had a great stay at the Ranch. Kids had a ball with the pool, chooks and rabbits. Unfortunately the weather wasn't awesome, but there were heaps of board games, cards etc to keep everyone engaged. The manager Chris was super, really friendly, helpful and made the stay that little bit better. Pool far better than the photos give it credit for. Lovely ionised water, and was often coupled with trips to the steam room. Really great property for a few families to have a fun time away.

Hinterland was excellent. A great house for a large family getaway. The grounds were lovely and the slow combustion fireplace was perfect for our winter stay.

Thank you Racheal and Mitch for an awesome week-end. Such a beautiful and peaceful location and yet so close to town. We immediately felt at home. There was plenty of space, the house was immaculate and the beds were super comfy. We opted for a local produce box for breakfast and dinner and arrived to find the fridge fully stocked with thoughtfully procured local produce, we all ate like kings and did not need to waste precious time grocery shopping. Thank you again for all your help with our car trouble, your generosity of time and contacts meant we were up and running again within 12hours! We originally booked your beautiful farm stay because it’s only a 15 minute drive to the hockey fields, and were happy to discover so much more to the Clarence Valley. We will definitely book again next year!

Blissful Stay! From the moment we arrived, it was pure bliss. The kids jumped for joy when they saw the thoughtful treats—and even a bottle of wine for us! It was such a kind and welcoming gesture from the hosts. We woke up to the peaceful sound of birds chirping and were greeted by unexpectedly lovely sunny weather for June—much nicer than Sydney! Corinne went above and beyond, giving the kids a chance to collect freshly laid eggs and feed the sheep, which was an unforgettable experience. The house itself had everything we needed and more. Comfortable, well-equipped, and full of charm. We truly felt at home. Thank you for a beautiful and memorable stay.
