Vacation rentals with breakfast in Clarence Valley Council

Finding a pet friendly home is difficult, however every want you can think of for your fur babies is accommodated for here and more. Amazing home and love the outdoor living space. Jenine is super friendly and we couldn’t wait to come back that we rebooked during our stay.

Stayed with my wife and son for a few days. The house was, clean, bright, well layed out and our son loved the selection of books and movies on offer. We were discussing coming back before we left. Stu was such a great host, really understanding of a circumstance on our end that nearly changed our date selection and to be honest we could not be more satisfied on the entire experience. Hope to stay there again.

The location and space was perfect for my family of 6! The communication was top notch and you can tell Haddy and Fran really care about their guests! Looking forward to staying here again.

Amazing place and amazing host. I would like to thank Hayley for hosting us in such a well maintained and nice house. We felt like we were right at home. She had thought about everything and had provided all the instructions and useful tips in a very organized and structured way. It was breeze to check in and check out. Only sad thing was we had booked it just for 2 nights. On my next visit I will definitely be looking forward to a longer stay. Thank you so much Hayley.

I would stay again in a heart beat! Marcus is a lovely host and extremely accommodating. plus he has a great laugh! be sure to try hear it! this was the first time my grandma has stayed in someone else's home whilst they are also there and Marcus was the perfect host! he made us feel very safe and welcome and relaxed. not to mention the property is glorious and I haven't even mentioned the lake! the view and birds wow, the drive off the highway was stunning and we were even lucky enough to catch mist in the morning on the lake. wish I could have stayed longer. walk to best steak I've had on the trip directly across the Rd make sure you get there before they shut kitchen at 7:30. but still quietest night we have had not busy place at all even for Saturday night. I plan to stay with Marcus again if I can!

This is the second time we have stayed here. The house has had a massive refurb and made the place so much bigger and even better. The pictures DO NOT do the place justice. From the moment you first communicate with Raymond and Julieann to the moment you check out this house and the experience of being in Broomshead will never disappoint you. There is nothing you need to bring except yourself, some clothes and food. Everything else is provided including the welcome eggs, milk, bread, butter, coffee and tea supplies. My family loves staying here and compared to the other places in Brooms that we have stayed over the years this is number 1 by a mile. We can't wait to come back and enjoy this house again. We were even granted an early check in before noon. Well done Raymond and Julieann you have an amazing place.

Our whole family enjoyed the stay at the Red Shed. The space was cosy, welcoming and clean. The welcome hamper was lovely, including homemade bread & biscuits as well as some lovely local products and Meredith’s goats milk soaps! The surrounds were beautiful, very pretty views from the living space. Meredith was a great communicator, very friendly and accomodating. She was generous in taking our children around for morning farm duties and introducing them to their beautiful Border Collie puppies. Feeding the animals was a highlight as well as walking around the beautiful property.

I stayed at Nerida's place with my family for 3 nights. It's nice and quite place , close to Sandy beach and local market. Nerida is a great host and proactive. Highly recommended.

This air bnb was by far the best i’ve stayed in. (I’ve stayed in many) Walking in felt almost like stepping into a boutique rustic restaurant. Michelle managed to create a “warmth” with the presentation of the place. My nervous system relaxed immediately. She has gone over and above with attention to detail. Cute little labels on everything. Taking out the guess work! Even though I had no expectations, the pantry and fridge were stocked with great supplies…. I should have probably ordered dinner. But the bread and cheese was just enough and I didn’t need to purchase any other food during my stay. The bathroom renovation inspired me to jump into the bath straight away. The most impressive thing for me was the insane amount of coffee options! (If I don’t have a coffee in my hand within 15 minutes of waking up I’m cranky….. it’s like she knew! Thanks Michelle. I hope you sell this place out every night and create more of the same in other towns so I can continue to visit!

Absolutely loved everything about our stay. Bed was very comfortable and view from the unit was beautiful and lots of privacy. Highly recommend.

The apartment and its location are outstanding. We highly recommend this property. We had a problem checking in. The key was not in lockbox and instructions were missing a code. Norah arrived within 15 minutes of receiving our message and let us in. The kitchen was easy to cook in and had everything we needed. Sawtell is a lovely spot with a great selection of dining options.

Beautifully presented accommodation, perfect for a quite beach getaway. Location overlooking the sand dunes and surf was magical. We were able to walk everywhere…. Wooli Wooli Cafe for great coffee, the bowls club for yummy Chinese dinner and the Wooli Boat hire for a couple of hours cruising Wooli Wooli River. We felt very at home in your gorgeous beach getaway Sally. We look forward to visiting again soon.

A beautiful tidy, cosy unit.. great location for accessibility to cafes & restaurants and water views.. Check in and out easy! Would stay again in a heartbeat!!

Stayed for a single night in Tans place. It was a neat unit. Location is perfect, it's in a quiet street but walking distance to the beach and shopping mall. Tan provided me with early check-in and suggested some good activities to do nearby. Communication was good and quick. Enjoyed our stay.

Debb and Jeff’s Airbnb is hands down the best we’ve stayed at in years of traveling! The place is spotless, incredibly well-equipped, and filled with thoughtful touches. They even provided food essentials like rice, homemade peanut butter, crackers, and a delicious homemade hummus with bread. The bed is unbelievably comfortable, and everything feels carefully designed for a perfect stay. But what truly sets this place apart is the kindness of the hosts. When bad weather hit, they generously offered us an extra night free of charge, not wanting us to take the road in our van under unsafe conditions. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate—it’s an exceptional experience! Thank you so much, we are so grateful!

what a lovely house..sarah was so helpful and kind..home was well equipped and some lovely welcome food and drinks on arrival..peaceful area but walkable to beach and as long as have a car can access loads of local towns etc within 30mins of the house..a real home from home ..and the birds on the terrace at breakfast were a bonus..highly recommended..one of our best air bnb experiences.. thanks again sarah

David & Su are very warm, welcoming, nothing is too much trouble for them. They work hard to make sure you have everything you need and more. Our dog was very loved by them & we felt at home. Beautiful decor both inside and outside the house, felt like we were in Bali. Meticulously clean. Come and experience this lovely B & B which was beyond paradise!

Paul was a very welcoming host. We arrived when it was dark and he came down to greet us and show us to our room. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was immaculate and there was a bonus continental breakfast (toast, jams, Vegemite, milk, tea, coffee ect) which we enjoyed on the balcony in the morning (views were lovely). Paul made us feel right at home, after a day of travelling and I definitely recommend staying here to anyone !! Thanks again😊

A lovely house run as a proper ‘bed and breakfast’. The property is modern and stylish, set in a secluded private gated community. A proper breakfast is included, served in the hosts kitchen area. Lots of options were available including a full cooked breakfast - beautifully prepared and presented by the host - a former professional chef.
