Seafield House

Seafield house was a wonderful place to stay, it is very well located with a short walk into Lahinch town, close to all amenities, restaurants, shops etc. The house itself was ideal for a large family gathering such as ours with a number of reception areas and a large dining space. The rooms were spotless, and very comfortable. Noel was a great host, very responsive and accommodating. A great time was had by all!

We had a wonderful stay at Paula's accommodation. Unfortunately, we were only there for two nights, but we would love to come back when we're in the Burren again. The house is well-equipped and perfectly located for numerous wonderful hikes. Exactly what we were looking for.

Relax in our tranquil seaside village haven

ColleenRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Geraldine's beautiful seaside retreat and can't say enough positive things about her helpfulness throughout the week. The house is in a quaint location, great for exploring the southwest country. We enjoyed coffee each morning in the sunroom with a beautiful ocean view that couldn't even be ruined by the wild wind and rain. We struggled with operating some areas of the house (showers, thermostat), but Geraldine was right there to respond immediately and help us figure it all out. Please note this is not due to issues with the home, but us being American and unfamiliar. If you stay here to see the Cliffs of Moher, I would strongly encourage that you go south to the Kilkee Cliffs and Bridges of Ross. We found them even more mesmerizing and far less touristy.

Lakehouse Art Deco retreat

RoryRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Had a great stay at the lakehouse, its a beautiful location and very remote, so extremely peaceful. We were lucky with the weather and had a perfectly calm lake and magnificant sunsets most evenings. The house has amazing lake views and you could spend hours relaxing in the living room enjoying the serenity. We liked having access to the private pier, to do some fishing didn't require a boat, and pike and perch were caught every day. Having a great supply of coffee pods and a machine was great and appreciated. A very special house that I hope to return to again some day. Madeline was a great host and made us feel very welcome. I was tired and it was getting late. There were rd works and diversions. Google wasn’t cooperating! 😩 so I rang Helen for directions and she came to me and I followed her back to the place! Above and beyond the call of duty. I felt safe and at home there. When my alarm went off I thought I was in my own bed at home! Thank you.

The Mallards

SueRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Mary was a very welcoming host- she was responsive, friendly and easy to communicate with, and left a wonderful welcome pack - including her delicious homemade granola. Mary was also very welcoming to our son and his wife who managed to fit in staying with us during part of our week's stay (they slept on a futon). They loved the place too! The flat is just outside Kinvara which is a lovely village, where, on Mary's recommendation, we listened to live trad Irish music and ate pizza one night. It's a great place from which to explore the burren (don't miss the lovely Russell Gallery and the nearby Flaggy Shore!). Thank you Mary!

Him and his wife did everything possible to help. They are lovely people and we would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful Apartment in Ennis with free parking

VictoriaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Great value here, for what is quite a large space! Location was perfect - ideal as I had a rental car to park, but could easily walk into town in a couple mins (it's literally around the corner from the main street). I booked this last minute, communication was great and fast and instructions were very clear. I also appreciated the treats and water left out and local recommendations from Diarmuid! I would definitely come back, especially for a longer stay as the kitchen is fantastic and has everything one needs.

Self-catering apartment by the Cliffs of Moher

Beautiful area! Della’s place was very clean and charmingly designed. Definitey recommended if you have a car. The walks to Liscannor and the Cliffs of Moher are at least an hour either direction, so bear that in mind, especially if you have a suitcase. We very much enjoyed the scenery, and the peaceful views through the skylights! Della communicated very well and stocked the kitchen generously for us. This place is a fantastic choice for staying in the area.
