Vacation rentals in Civitella del Tronto

We spent a wonderful Christmas in Barbel’s place. A wonderfully clean and warm house with everything needed for a cosy winter stay. The pool went unused but we will try to come back in the summer - the view is spectacular! Beds were super comfortable and Barbel quick on the replies and checked regularly to make sure we were okay and had no issues. Car obviously necessary but Montelparo only a few minutes away with a nice pizzeria and other amenities.

Nice and clean place. The apartment is quite big. The only cons was the street parking with very limited availability.

The apartment is located in a wonderful place with a beautiful view of the mountains and the river in which you can swim. To this a wonderful garden. Lucia is incredibly nice and helpful (she drove me to the train station). i was very happy there.

Both the hostess Maria Pia and her daughter were very kind and helpful. We were met at the street door and showed and explained details of the apartment. The apartment was was luminous, beautifully furnished and decorated, we had even fresh flowers. The apartment was spacious, perfectly situated and the view to the piazza was most wonderful with people sitting in cafes and children playing. The piazza itself is one of the most beautiful in Italy. Maria Pia was very friendly and hospitable and indeed had prepared for us everything we needed for a sweet breakfast.

5 Sterne – Ein echtes Zuhause in Offida! Die Wohnung war einfach super klasse – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wie Zuhause. Sie ist sehr liebevoll, urig und gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet wirklich alles, was man braucht. Das absolute Highlight ist die Dachterrasse: Der Ausblick ist einfach atemberaubend – man sieht vom Meer bis zu den Bergen! Wir haben uns sehr gern dort aufgehalten und viel Zeit auf der bequemen Terrasse verbracht. Die Lage mitten in Offida ist perfekt – alles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock ohne Aufzug, was für uns aber kein Problem war. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend – alle Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet, parken und der Check-in sowie Check-out verliefen völlig unkompliziert. Ein besonders schöner Willkommensgruß war die Flasche regionaler Wein und die frischen Kirschen – beides haben wir mit großer Freude auf der Terrasse genossen. Diese Unterkunft können wir nur wärmstens empfehlen - wir kommen wieder!

My friend and I only had a short 3 night stay at Cellino Attanasio but it felt like so much longer! Time slows down when you arrive allowing you to really switch off and relax. The rooms were absolutely pristine in every way and recently renovated to a very high spec. Pierpaolo was lovely and so accommodating, he recommended places to eat and towns to visit. He was always on hand whenever we needed to ask him anything. Overall we couldn’t recommend Cellino Attanasio enough, we can’t fault it at all!

Il rustico di Roberto è il top per chi vuole soggiornare in un luogo silenzioso accompagnato dai suoni del bosco affianco. La casa è facilmente raggiungibile, dotata di tutto ciò che è necessario, anche per poter fare una grigliata, magari con gli arrosticini! Pulitissima, confortevole, con un giardino dove io e la mia Eva (border collie) abbiamo giocato parecchio. Roberto è velocissimo nelle risposte e molto disponibile ad esaudire le richieste (nel mio caso carbonella ed arrosticinini 😋). ASSOLUTAMENTE RACCOMANDATO!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr angenehm, insbesondere durch die Klimatisierung, wie jetzt im Juli. Der sehr schön angelegte und gepflegte Garten bietet die unterschiedlichsten Möglichkeiten zum Sitzen und hat auch genug Privatsphäre. Das Parken und die Erreichbarkeit ist sehr einfach, sicher und zuverlässig. Zu fuß ist es nicht ganz so einfach, wenn man nach Teramo in die Altstadt, oder z.B. ins la battista (Empfehlung) möchte. Nicht weil es weit ist, sondern weil das Anwesen etwas außerhalb liegt und man dann ein Stück an der Straße gehen muss. Aber das war im Vorfeld klar, dafür ist die PKW Zufahrt hervorragend. Der Standort selbst ist sehr gut, kurz ans Meer und relativ kurz in die Berge. Die Möglichkeiten vor Ort sind unendlich. Felice ist ein sehr umgänglicher und sehr freundlicher Mensch, der seinen Gästen vertraut. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt und können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen, bell`abruzzo wir kommen wieder!
