Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Ciudad Nezahualcóyotl

This was a really quiet peaceful place to wind down after the bustle of the city. Its a beautiful space, and the 24/7 security made a really late check in seamless. Juan Carlos was communicative and helpful so would definitely reccomend! The only thing to note is that the living room space has floor to ceiling windows and no curtains so its not the most private. Also taking a shower is hard to do without the plastic curtain sticking to you lol.

Great place better than the photos. Only negative thing is that it’s ver noisy. It’s by a very busy road so lots of traffic at all hours so if you are a light sleeper or you like a quiet place to go to sleep you’ll find it hard. I had a great stay and it’s almost like a hotel. Got lots of places to eat and shop close by and supermarkets. They reply very quickly when you write asking them questions. Would definitely stay again here.

Carla’s place is beautiful and central to so many things. the are is safe and walkable and easy to explore. She even provided a Google Maps folder with local food, and places to visit. no complaints, a lovely place to stay!

Our hosts were exceptional. They were very quick to respond and when a section of the neighborhood experienced a power outage. They were proactive by making sure that we had a place to stay if the power company couldn’t restore power. They went above and beyond our expectations and relocated us to an outstanding home that had even more amenities. We felt spoiled. Maria and her team are excellent. We even booked our next trip in January at one of the properties managed by them.

CDMX is a beautiful city. Roma Norte and La Condesa get a lot of attention but we loved the charm of Juárez where Rene’s place was located. The area is safe, extremely walkable and had so many great restaurants and cafes nearby. There is a 7 Eleven and a number of markets within a few blocks as well. This is a penthouse unit accessible only by stairs but it was not an issue. The unit feels cozy and the outdoor balcony was an added bonus. We really lucked out getting to stay here. I would recommend it to anyone visiting CDMX and I would jump at the chance to stay here again. Thank you Rene for allowing us to stay at your lovely home.

What a perfect place to stay during our first visit to Mexico City! Our family of four (with two kids - 6&3) were super comfortable and happy at the Xoma. The location is perfect- walking distance to restaurants, coffee, plazas, and anything you might need- with tree-lined streets, and a very safe feeling. The building itself was secure and staffed with very warm folks from check in to door people (Monica 💗). There is a laundry in the basement which ended up being clutch for us - anyone with a 3 yr old can understand why :) Our kids enjoyed the rooftop pool each afternoon after long days walking and exploring. The fresh baked mini goodies for breakfast along with the yogurt parfaits were just what we needed to start our days. We even used the gym in our floor after the kids went to sleep! The unit itself is so freakin cool, spacious, comfortable, thoughtful, and just really perfect for our family. Hair dryer, shampoo, coffee, tea, mini bar with sparkling waters, tv, fridge, balcony!

The space was great and spacious just like that picture description, there's two rooms, one with two single beds and one with a full size bed. The kitchen is a great size, they have items if you want to take just a need to replenish. It was exactly what we needed, the right space and location. Once inside the house, there are clear instructions everywhere -what to do with the lights; what to do for the TV; the trash; dirty towels. Can't miss them, making it great reminders before leaving/check-out. Guess restroom -hot water correctly labeled and hot water comes out fast Master restroom -hot water not labeled correctly and takes a bit for the hot water...but not a big issue. If anything, there was a lot of dust and dirt but windows are kept open for air circulation. There is no central air or mini split for air-conditioning, just ceiling fan and natural air flow with window open.

The most beautiful artistic Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! Every room had a different vibe and there was so much beautiful art and books to look at. The house is so well designed and has so much character! The hosts were super helpful, kind, flexible and communicative. We loved every part of our stay! My son and I had a wonderful stay at Randy’s place! The house was clean and very spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen, cozy living/dining area, and comfortable beds. We had all the space we needed, and more—it could easily comfortably accommodate 4-6 people. The neighborhood felt safe and was reasonably quiet for a big city. There is a large supermarket and a pharmacy just a couple of blocks away, and the center of Coyoacán is an easy 20 minute walk through peaceful tree-lined streets flanked on either side by beautiful homes. Randy and his father-in-law, Pablo, were kind, warm, welcoming, and responsive hosts, very attentive to our needs, and provided some thoughtful tips for local restaurants to enjoy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

This is my all time favorite stay ever! We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home for 4 days and we miss it already. The home is located in a famous alleyway but was very peaceful and secluded. Many shops, restaurants, and cafes in the surrounding area, most of which are walking distance. The location was perfect as it was very close to a mega grocery store and near a beautiful town square. The home itself had absolutely everything needed and the most spacious bedroom ever! We thoroughly enjoyed hanging out in the living room and the patios. Perfect getaway!!

We stayed in Sofia’s place for three nights and all went well. We didn’t meet Sofia but she was responsive when we did get in touch. The patio is a really nice feature, beds are comfy, kitchen had everything we needed. It’s a 10-15 minute walk to the zocalo of Coyoacán. Love the neighborhood; we have been here multiple times before.

Truly an excellent place to stay. Just right for a couple! This little house is cozy, private, quiet ... great if you have to work while in Mexico City. And Israel is an excellent host: always responsive while we were there, flexible about check in, and helping us deal with a couple items we left behind. We really enjoyed our stay. The proximity to public transportation is a bonus! Will definitely be back.

We had such a lovely experience staying at this Airbnb in Polanco! I visited with my parents, and the apartment was perfect for the three of us—clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. The space felt cozy and safe, with all the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-located stay in Mexico City. We'd definitely love to come back!

The accommodation is ideally located, close to practically everything and has everything you need to stay as many days as you want. Check-in is very comfortable and the host is always attentive to any questions. The only thing I do want to comment on and I don't know if it was something that happened during the days of our stay or if it's something continuous, is that next to the building is the tolerance museum and precisely in the afternoons/evenings a lot of people gathered demonstrating in favor of marijuana, with a very strong smell and you could feel some insecurity. Advantages or disadvantages of staying in such a central area. Apart from that, which has nothing to do with the host who was always attentive, the accommodation is perfect and we would surely repeat.

Great stay! Would recommend. Much rather stay here than in the touristy areas plus you have security 24/7 which was so nice. Definitely worth the price and it’s a prime location! Blocks away from Bellas artes and Chinatown. Pharmacy right around the corner with food stands. Also, lots of windows but the building next door is abandoned! If you can, stay here!

Excellent Airbnb as described in the photos in the heart of Polanco! Excellent location to go to the main points of interest, whether walking, cycling, or by Uber. The apartment is impeccable with just what you need in an apartment with 24-hour private security, which made us feel very safe Gaby was always a super friendly host and helped us with what we needed and was always attentive, I definitely recommend it and would come back!

Excellent location in the very center of the city

Amazing location in a walkable area, close to Oxxos for snacks and essentials. The view from the accommodation was simply stunning, offering a breathtaking panorama that I enjoyed from the comfort of my own space. What I appreciated most, though, was the peaceful atmosphere - it was remarkably quiet, making it the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. Adrián was super responsive and helpful, always available to answer any questions I had or assist with anything I needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great location and views with great amenities nearby.
