Thank you for a wonderful stay! The view from the kitchen was amazing, the property was spotlessly clean and spacious throughout, and the bed was very comfortable. We had the perfect, restful stay and highly recommend this Air Bnb.

Just wanted to say WOW So cosy, spacious and felt right at home! For me the perfect touch was the games and milk in the fridge ready for a cup of tea after travelling! Loved staying here! Would definitely come back!

The Coach Barn is small but perfectly formed! We stayed there while visiting family in the area, and enjoyed the peace and tranquility. The place was spotless, and had everything you might need. With four of us staying, the sofa bed was pre-made up when we arrived (avoiding a post-travel argument with the other half about how to get the bed out!). It was very warm, but as an upstairs flat in a mini heatwave, that was expected! We flung all the windows open, and the gated rural location allowed us some security to have them open all night for ventilation. It's a great little place, and we would be happy to visit again.

What a lovely place and lovely hosts. The bed was so comfortable we slept more than usual, unless it was the lovely relaxing hot tub that tired us. The welcome food and treats and wine was very generous and very welcome. It was a very quiet and relaxing area. We stayed for 6 nights and would highly recommended

The studio was great, exactly as pictured, and super clean! Charlotte was incredibly responsive and friendly. Would highly recommend staying at the barn if you’re in the area!

I had a great stay at The Ivy Annexe. The place is very comfortable and it has everything you need. Kicthen is fully equipped and modern, there is also cosy living space area with TV, sofa, books etc. Bedroom is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. Bathroom is also modern and spacious. The host has left a lot of complimentary items like biscuits, chocolates, drinks, milk, juice and many more which was a lovely surprise. Jane Austen's house is just next door, there is also a pub and a park. I would strongly recommend.

Really great value for money; big and spacious enough for four, with 2 comfortable double beds, and Lynn even supplied us with breakfast things! The little courtyard was so lovely to sit outside.

John’s Barn is a stunning light and spacious holiday home , beautifully designed and furnished , and set in a peaceful , green countryside setting with acres of woodland to explore . We loved the private and pretty garden , and the walk to the lake to feed the fish . Our grandchildren loved the trampoline and play area , and the tree swing in the garden . Bobbie is a warm and friendly host who respected our privacy - we really enjoyed meeting her . We enjoyed visiting Romsey, and loved exploring the New Forest and all it has to offer . We will be returning - something we rarely do !

A lovely house for a family holiday. Good location, just a short drive to the beach and local beauty spots on the estuary. House was very clean and had everything we needed.

An absolutely gorgeous place to stay. The location was wonderful, you felt like you were in the middle of nowhere, despite there being a pub next door! Lots of walks or cycles from the door, yet 2 minutes from a main road. The house was beautifully decorated and great bedrooms, lovely linen and comfy beds, with fantastic bathrooms. Everything you needed to cook for yourself and great recommendations of things to do and places to go. We had ponies outside our garden! Paul was a great host, responsive and helpful, really welcoming and very kind regarding checking in and out. We were there to celebrate a few things and felt it was absolutely the place for that. The pub next door under new owners was very friendly but did not disturb us at all. Thank you Paul, we had a great stay and would highly recommend it.

Had a lovely stay at the Lodge. It was very clean and comfortable. Commuication from the owner was excellent. It is in a very peaceful location and has 2 pubs within walking distance. It is also within a short driving distance of so many varied places to visit or walk. We went to Bosham, Wealdon Downland museum, Fishbourne Roman palace, and the nature reserve at Kingley Vale and will be back again to do more. Would definitely recommend. Thank you

We have just returned from the most amazing week staying at the bolt hole. The house and location were just perfect and exactly what we needed for our two young energetic boys and dog. We spent plenty of time in the stunning garden and relaxing in the hot tub. Thank you so much Claire and Buster for making us feel so welcome and especially for allowing us to meet all of the animals. Freddie and Bertie will keep these memories for life and they are already missing playing with the dogs ( especially Fred ) and saying hello to Bernard every morning through the gate. We will definitely be back to stay again in the future.

The cottage is in a great location, very well appointed (especially the kitchen) and very clean. The bed is comfortable with good quality linen. The garden is a great space to relax in with sun and shade (we were fortunate with the weather!) and is dog safe. Keith and Paula provided lots of lovely touches such as beautiful fresh flowers, drinks in the fridge, dog towels and bowls. There are two local pubs within walking distance (about a mile and a bit it) The location is great as you can access the coast and forest walks very easily. I would thoroughly recommend the cottage, we had a lovely stay there.

We were attending a 3 day event (10 mins in a cab away so didn't stay much in this beautiful house (eat,shower & sleep). However we would most definitely book to stay here again. It is such a beautiful spacious house. Each room was different (Cluedo inspired), bright & spacious. Kitchen had everything that you would need. 2 bathrooms (1 up 1 down) It really is a home from home place to stay. It's in a nice quite area and was easy to find. Beth is lovely Answered any questions I had before we booked. It was well worth the money we paid. Thank you so much Beth. xx

Lovely flat in centre of Brockenhurst, parking a godsend. Everything as described- even down to my husband hitting his head on the sloping walls! Lovely to have two bathrooms. Kate was very responsive in her replies. Great place to stay

This place is really thoughtfully set-out. There's everything you need and the hosts have gone above and beyond to lay out clear instructions for everything you might need. The bed was comfy and we really enjoyed staying there. We didn't have a car, but were there for an event hosted right next to it - there's not a lot you can easily walk to, so if you're there for a weekend, you might want to bring / hire a car. However, there's a great pub super close by which also does breakfast and has a great playground for kids. Ideal if you're going to do lots of walks / hikes.

We have stayed often at David’s place as our son and his family live nearby and it is always a great experience. We highly recommend these accommodations! Walking distance to shopping and restaurants is also a plus.

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommend! We had a wonderful experience staying at the Annexe! The home was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was quick and friendly. The location was perfect & quiet , we stayed here for 2 days for Royal Ascot. It was an easy commute. We really appreciated the guest book with local pubs & restaurants , we took note & visited a local pub & had a lovely pub dinner. ( George & Dragon) The annexe was beautifully decorated & we had fresh towels. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again next year for Royal Ascot! Thank you for a fantastic stay! Having lived in Portsmouth previously, we wanted a nice home near the sea front. The apartment was spacious, well equipped and easily accessible. The parking and the garden are an extra bonus for dog owners and people travelling by car. Jane was super easy to reach before and during the stay. Overall, we had a great time!

5**** all round. Neil and his place are amazing! Everything is as it’s described, it’s so fresh and clean inside it feels like you are the first people to stay here. It was very easy to check in and out. Very Peaceful location and a super comfy bed. The accommodation has everything you need and Neil is a GREAT host, very hospitable and communicative.
