Great place, Mariia makes an extra effort to make her place beautiful and welcoming- very comfortable to stay with my baby- she got us fresh flowers to add an extra touch of home!

We had a great stay the studio was clean and tidy and a good location and Sergii was very friendly and helpful. I recommend this place to anyone that wants to visit central London.

Host was amazing! Left us treats after our travel day and things to get us started. The apartment was modernized and the plugs were universal so we didn’t need to buy adapters for our American electronics. The apartment is at the top floor so make sure you are prepared to carry your luggage up, though this did not pose an issue for our family it is worth noting. Location to Paddington train station and a ton of pubs was amazing. I would definitely stay here when visiting London again.

Wow what a spot. The view is just incredible and the apartment is very spacious. Getting in we wanted to get in a bit early but sadly the previous folks made cleaning difficult but we did get in at the appointed time. The location is first rate as it’s right at Edgware and Paddington station so easy to get to meetings. One good thing is that they are super communicative so when we had issues, Sami came by that day. We had an issue with the broadband modem (flaky hardware) but otherwise the internet was fast. And also how to use the washer/dryer combo but we got thru it thanks to their support. Overall it’s a great spot in london and we really valued the service!

Dario’s flat is beautifully furnished , in a good minimal way ,not cluttered, but lots of character and charm. The kitchen is easy and efficient to use, and it is a good shower,and bathroom. It feels very spacious and calm. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Gorgeous apartment with a ton of room in a beautiful neighborhood. I loved sitting out on the terrace and looking across the gardens during the morning and evenings. I would highly recommend, and I hope to come back someday!

We would stay here again in a heartbeat -- loved the neighborhood, the cafes and restaurants right around the corner. So many grocery options too. We chose the location so we could run in Kensignton and Hyde Parks; and appreciated that we could walk to the Natural History and other museums. While there is some street noise as you would expect in a city, it was quiet overnight and no noise at all from the neighbors. Location was convenient to bus stops and Kensington High Street, the flat was bright with lots of light and yet cozy when it rained. There was as lot we didn't see so we hope to come back soon!

We had a great time at Kate's flat. Everything was clean and tidy, the flat is nicely furnished. The surrounding area has a variety of great restaurants and cafés, convenience stores for everyday needs are located in the same building. The neighborhood ist nice and quiet, while the centre of London can be reached easily via public transportion. Kate was a great and helpful host and answered all of our questions very quickly.

This is such a cute place within walking distance to the main shops and restaurants on Kings Street in Chelsea. Amazing location and a charming place. The host was very responsive and we appreciated his flexibility. Would definitely stay again!

I've stayed in one of Lynn's places before. I had a great experience there, and the quality was on this one is the same. I spent time in the property and appreciated all the tiny elements that made Lynn's properties feel so homely. Everything, from the cosy furniture to the well-stocked kitchen, provides for a great stay. A short stroll will take me to where I may dine and shop. The location is great because it's close to everything you need yet still a quiet place to relax after a long day. If you're searching for a great place to get away, I definitely recommend Lynn's places.

This home is absolutely gorgeous, and it was such a treat to stay here during our trip to London. My family enjoyed the neighborhood setting, which made for a quieter area to retreat to after days filled with sightseeing. It was easy to get to and from anywhere we wanted to go using the tube, and it was especially convenient for watching tennis at the Queen’s Club. I would highly recommend!

This is a fabulous place to stay and Vyacheslav is a first-rate host. The apartment is spotless, the kitchen is beautiful, and the bedrooms and bathrooms are modern and spacious. The location is perfect - just steps from the bus stop and a 5-minute walk to the tube. The neighborhood is extremely walkable. There is a nice brasserie a few doors down from the flat and many other restaurants in the area. The neighborhood is filled with boutiques, specialty food stores, bakeries, and anything else you could possibly need or want. Vyacheslav is the best AirBnB host. He is extremely responsive to all questions and requests and he was truly a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend this stay.

We loved our stay at Vas' flat! It's in the perfect location - near to a tube stop and plenty of buses, restaurants, and the beautiful Regent's Park! It was spacious, clean, and perfect for a family staying for three weeks. We especially loved having a washer/dryer in the unit. We couldn't hear a peep from any neighbors, upstairs or down, and while the street outside is busy during the day, you can't hear any noise from the bedrooms!

Our family of 4 enjoyed the space! It had everything listed. The pull out couch was comfortable and fit both of our children. The location was fantastic. 2 minute walk to Covenant Garden and within a 15 minute walk to Trafalgar Square, SoHo area, Chinatown, Leicester Square and walking distance to Oxford street where all of the high end shopping stores are located. Amazing stay in Matteo's spot. He was helpful and proactive in sharing information. It was a perfect location for us and we walked a lot. The next time life brings us to London, we would love to stay here again!

A beautiful apartment in a quiet and central location. Great access to public transport and also very walkable. An excellent place to stay if you want a few more creature comforts than are usually offered at hotels, and still in an accessible location. Highly recommend.

Richard is a very very kind person Huge part of our being happy for our London stay is Richard as he is ready to help you whenever you need. The flat is clean, cozy and suits for a family. Its location is gorgeous as Regent Park, Oxford Circus, Regent Street, Selfridges, Madame Tussauds, Marylebone High Street lots of restaurants and bars… All of them are walking distance You are at the bus stop in one minute and 5 minute far from the Baker Street Tube station You can get anywhere easily you need to go The building and the street has so many security cameras and our street is very secured, me and my 7 years old son stayed without any problem I recommend the flat to everybody especially for those who travels with their family The bed is very comfortable,the shower nice and hot I would absolutely recommend Richard as a host Thank you Richard for all your support, being so kind and helpful We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the Tube and Kensington Park, which made it really convenient for exploring the city. We stayed with our 8-month-old baby and everything went smoothly. The nearby parks were ideal for planning relaxed, baby-friendly days, and our little one felt right at home.
