Townhome vacation rentals in City of Santa Rosa

It was a pleasant stay. Nice place and plenty of room inside the rental. The caretaker is also very nice and extremely responsive like the owner. The only downside that I can think of is the "spotty" wifi signal in the 2nd floor.

We had a good stay in Steph’s place. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. The house has good furnishing and is well maintained. It was very convenient for us also since it is located close to UP Los Banos in a quiet compound and has a free parking space.

We had a lovely stay at Mae's place. The place was huge! I even remember how a single room can fit a large group easily and comfortably. Will definitely book again if given a chance 🙂

The place is perfect for big family stays! It offers great amenities and a beautiful, peaceful environment. The owner is very attentive and proactive with helpful suggestions, making the experience even better. We had no issues throughout our entire stay — everything was smooth and enjoyable. ACJ secluded Oasis Commune village is a great place for a peaceful, quiet, and relaxing place with a unique house design. Khim is a great host, very responsive, & accommodating. able to cater our request, including an earlin in. Though its raining during our visit, we are still able to used the pool & basketball court. the kids like the stuff toys in the bed. kitchen needs & entertainment in the house are available. Thanks for the warmth accommodation.

Our stay at Disa’s place was absolutely fantastic! The apartment was beautifully decorated, clean, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Disa was an amazing host, always available to answer our questions and provide helpful recommendations. Sir Normand was a wonderful host, he catered all our needs with swift action. He’s hospitable and friendly, just what a host should be. As for the place, it’s beautiful! Very spacious bedroom, clean and complete kitchen. The best part is the automatic laundry machine so you’ll never worry about dirty clothes. You’ll definitely feel at home! Thank you sir Normand. we felt safe and the place has everything you need for a home. you have your own garage. hope the fridge situation can be addressed as it is partially blocked and we find it challenging to access it.

The place was very accessible if you hail tricycles from SM City Lipa terminal. Heater works well. Wifi is very fast. Complete kitchen amenities. Was able to enjoy watching netflix during my stay. Ms. Kath, the cohost, was very responsive to my questions. Lots of stores inside the subdivision. Will definitely book again!!! 😊

Was a bit unsure at first since there weren’t many reviews, but the host was super helpful and quick to respond to all our questions. The place ended up being way better than we expected! Super clean, easy check-in, and close to stores which was really convenient. Wi-Fi did drop out sometimes, but if you're just chilling with friends or family, it’s not a big deal. Overall, loved the stay!

Coleens place is nice, close to everything you need, a few walk to restaurants, pharmacy and laundromat. We enjoyed our stay plus the free parking which is very important if you have a car. And we felt safe as well. Ate the next door neighbor assisted us if we have questions. Also, Ms. Coleen is very responsive when we had some issue with WIFI.
