Vacation rentals with a pool in City of Santa Rosa

we love the seamless Check in at P's place! their staff were waiting for us when we arrived (we requested for an early check in, which they granted) and gave us a tour of the place. everything was set up, they have a mini sari sari store at the property, we can doorbell if we want to buy or if we need anything from the staff! kitchen is fully equipped and they have a BBQ grill! the only think that bothered my friends who slept at room 3 is the noise from the washing machine, they woke up early because of this. but other than that, we had a wonderful stay! we played BINGGO while the kids are swimming and the teenagers are singing at the tv room! we highly recommend this place

Angel is a great host! She was super helpful with all our questions and challenges. Very friendly and fast, even responded during the night. Definitely worth the price!

This was already our second stay at Marianne's place, which in itself is already testimony to the fact that we like it. Marianne and her brother Ian are excellent hosts that made us feel very welcome. They came across as honest, hard-working and service-minded hosts that were willing to go the extra mile for their guests. The house itself feels very spacious thanks to the extension at the back. It is decorated with beautiful handmade and unique wooden furniture that give the place a very homey feeling. The house is located within a gated community that made us feel very safe. Thank you for letting us stay at your place.

Very nice and comfortable! The caretaker Jun was so attentive and responsive. i love that the place was so clean, surroundings was peaceful, pool is nice and warm. The host Pau and Joy were so thoughtful to have a buko pie in the ref as welcome snack to guests. Love it.5 stars all around!

Our family had an enjoyable stay at A.J's place Darlaston House. It was very chill and relaxing as if we're at home. The place is near and just walking distance from Serin ayala mall. They provide filtered water so no need to bring water container, they also have towels. I love their big TV with youtube and netflix, you can binge watch. Our dogs also enjoyed they stay as the place is spacious and they can run around. Ate Merle, the caretaker was so accommodating and explains everything when we arrive. Ms. Nellie the cohost also reach out and made sure we're good. This place is very recommended, we will surely come back and probably book 2 night next time.

We had a wonderful stay at Veronica’s home and couldn’t have asked for a better host! Her place was very well equipped, clean, and incredibly cozy perfect for a family staycation. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home and warmly welcomed. Veronica was exceptionally friendly and responsive throughout our stay. She made sure we had everything we needed and even greeted us with welcome biscuits, which was such a thoughtful touch. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and very accessible, with plenty of nearby restaurants and parks that Veronica kindly recommended to us. Her home is ideal for both families and couples traveling with friends. We truly appreciated her hospitality and helpfulness, and we’ll definitely be rebooking with her the next time we’re in Santa Rosa. We've stayed at May's place countless times because her Airbnb is truly the best in Crosswinds—it always makes our Tagaytay getaway extra special. One of the things we love most is its location: just a few steps away from Dear Joe and Windmill Lausanne. The vibe is so relaxed and cozy that this has become our go-to spot whenever we're in Tagaytay.

Hosts Philip and Riz were very responsive, provided us with very useful information before and on day of check-in, and reasonably accommodating with requests. The house was clean and smells clean. Looks as it is in the photo and everything they said they would provide, were there. Their staff, Danilo, who was there at check in, was very informative and helpful. Location was near every place we planned on going to and peaceful at night. All in all, we highly recommend this place. Should we have the same number of people going to Tagaytay, we would definitely book here.

The place looked the same as pictures, it was so clean and so bright during day time which is pleasing to the eyes. The view of Taal was majestic! There are nearby places and restaurants to explore. It also has free parking which is ++ for me! Thank you so much! Will definitely book again! 😊💕

Ms. Lady was a great host! She accommodated my last-minute request regarding the number of guests. Most of all, she recommended an activity (Fountain of Lights Festival) that my kiddos enjoyed! We had a great and relaxing stay at Charie’s place—highly recommended! She was very responsive to all our queries. Charie patiently answered our questions and made sure we had the correct instructions, especially when we accidentally entered the wrong passcode. Second time at Vicka's place. Host is friendly and responsive as always. It is really worth every penny. I liked that the car parking is not difficult and even though sometimes we have to park at the open space, it still looks safe. The area overall feels safe and the security staff of the building are friendly. Vicka's place is really good and practical, specially if you will stay for some weeks. 💕

We’ve always liked Serin due to its proximity to great places in Tagaytay. Paolo is a great host, he corresponds in a concise but still very amiable. Very timely responses too. He welcomed us personally and helped us get settled. His place is just in front of the lift which we really appreciate, very accessible. Also the parking spot is a few steps away from the lobby lift. His place is impeccable and uncluttered. We have everything we needed and we felt right at home and comfortable. The floor where the unit is also very quiet, with very little foot traffic. Water pressure is great and water heater is sufficient. No issues with the appliances and furniture. We loved the balcony, has a good view of the lake. A bit of the morning sun but not that bad with the cool weather. Lots of walkable places to eat and hangout. Would love to be back here!!!
