Kid-friendly vacation rentals in City of Perth

It was a lovely home, very clean, fully equipped, and very homey. Very strategic location, close to the city centre. And Emma is such a lovely host, she responded very fast when i had problem with my bedrooms electric blanket. Tq for the great service and lovely home.

My family had a really nice stay - the views were gorgeous and the spaces within the house were well thought out. The host was extremely helpful and responsive too. Wish we had more time to spend in this beautiful house!

My family (two small children and visiting grandparents) stayed here for a month while I was working at Curtin University. location is great for the bus into the city. close enough to Albany Highway for all the restaurants in Vic Park, but far enough that it's peaceful and quiet. Our young children loved the outdoor space. The decorations made it feels like a home away from home, with all the needed amenities and kitchen supplies! Kirrily was responsive but not intrusive during our longer stay. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

We loved Linda's place. We stayed for a week while our home underwent some renovations. We walked to the grocery store, the bus and river. It was super easy to get around, and the apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a very comfortable bed. Definitely recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay at Gills house. The house was central to all we had planned which made everything so easy. Traveling with a toddler can be stressful at times but staying in Gills house with our little one was very comfortable and stress free. The house has everything you need, including extra linen and towels which is always a plus for me. The star of the show had to be the spacious 2 person shower that made life so much easier with a clingy toddler. Our hosts were very responsive to all our needs and did their best to help wherever they could. Highly recommend. Hoping to come back in the future.

We wanted to be located in Northbridge area and the house was perfect for our stay. A lovely place and so well situated for walking out into the city, Hyde Park, etc. We also needed to work over our stay and the office set up and WiFi was great, along with a well appointed kitchen . The courtyard garden a bonus for sunlit breakfast. We’ll be sure to stay again next time we’re in WA.

Great location for small family of four. Food choices was excellent and transport to all parts of Perth is within walking distance. No need for a rented car if you are staying here but it does provide a free parking lot if you wish to drive.

Fantastic walkable location! Everything you need is provided, comfy bed, with secure parking and available laundry. This was the perfect base for me while visiting Perth for a week. Host was very protective and helpful.

Our 2nd stay at this property. Really convenient location, close to shops, Kings Park botanic Gardens, Perth CBD and the Athletics stadium. Very comfortable beds, Netflix available, amenities are great. Quiet, tree lined street is beautiful and the choice of coffee just up the road is a bonus! Great host and would definitely stay again if we visit Perth. Thanks again and great value.

Close to shops and restaurants ! Short walk to the Bell tower. The apartment was equipt with everything we needed . our trip was so special and think the apartment made helped to make lovely memories this was a friends reunion Two from the uk one from Perth one from Melbourne . We had a wonderful stay at Rose’s apartment! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully furnished with everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable, and we especially appreciated the little touches like extra towels, a well-stocked kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi. The location was perfect—quiet, safe, and close to local cafes, shops, and public transport. Rose was a fantastic host—responsive, kind, and respectful of our privacy while still making sure we felt welcome and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area, and we’d love to stay here again next time we’re in town.

The apartment is located in an ideal spot in Northbridge. Every detail of this apartment has been meticulously crafted. The joy of using the coffee machine each morning was unmatched. Shabi, the host, went above and beyond by offering assistance even up to my check-out, giving me a ride, for which I am very grateful. I am already longing to return to this wonderful place.

Had the opportunity to spend two weeks at this lovely apartment while working in Perth recently. Plenty to see and do; ate out most nights at different nearby restaurants and took advantage of the nearby river loop everyday for a run with stunning scenery!

A wonderful place to stay. Very cute, nicely furnished, clean, comfortable and walkable to the train. We enjoyed our stay and plan on booking this unit again next year when we visit Perth. The host were amazing.

This was our second time staying at this place. Despite the construction next door and the mild noise from the club opposite on the weekends, the location of this Airbnb was unbeatable. With only a 3-5 min walk to the beach, corner store, fish and chips, and gelato, it was just a great holiday for the whole family. Kitchen is well equipped and stocked and there were beach toys for the kids as well. Melissa was even kind enough to offer a cot and high chair, which we didn't need, for our kids before we had arrived. Thanks for the hospitality!

this is a great little spot and amenities. close to train station and a couple of cool little cafes. 10 minute stroll to Port beach...the place is neat and tidy with awesome views at night! cheers

An excellent location near restaurants, cafes and parks (enclosed for young children & dogs). Really well designed with all amenities and all very well maintained. Highly recommended.

This place was exactly what my family and I needed whilst visiting Perth. Very close to local shops and restaurants! Exactly how Jules describes it and is definitely somewhere we will come again :)
