The place is so nice and malapit sa mga store.

We were a group of 11. With two of the nine beds being queens, it was the perfect size. The house is located in walking distance to a lot of restaurants and clubs in Makati City. Juan was very responsive to messages, and Jenna was very helpful at the house. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We especially loved the balcony, the view was beautiful and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. Overall, a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to others.

You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

The place is clean, well-maintained, and close to malls, public transportation, and more. The kitchen appliances are fully functional, allowing us to cook our own meals. Both the room and the bathroom were clean. The guard was very friendly, and the host was warm and accommodating.

The unit is clean & comparing to another unit my friend was occupying mine has a lot of amenities compared to hers. Tina responds right away to my text. I will definitely recommend this unit & if ever go back I will rent the same place.

Really smooth check-in. Instructions were clear and you won't have a problem at the lobby. Joel provides 2 pairs of slippers which is very helpful just consider cleaning it before and after use for hygiene purposes. Cooking and dining tools are provided with rice cooker and an electric kettle. No toothbrush and toothpaste, so bring/buy your own. Shampoo and soap provided in dispensers. There are lots of storage just explore them and put to good use.

The place was nice tho I expected that the appliances are a little bit bigger. hehe. I just hope na mas maraming nakahandang garbage bag for a longer stay. Nevertheless, it was a good experience. Thanks!

Kerwin was a very nice and responsive host. When we arrived, the place was clean and smelled fresh. Perfect for bonding and karaoke night with fam and friends.

Everything was awesome, only complaints would be ps4 controllers both we defective, no instructions to connect to bluetooth speaker, and found a few bugs in the kitchen area. Other than that the view was amazing! Staff was super friendly and helpful, clean appartment, amazing air conditioning! I would book again!

Friendly host, grounds keeper also friendly. assisted with water delivery and also my riding equipment i accidently left. i was carrying alot and he called right after my check out. i would stay again and is great for 2+ and patio is perfect for working and washing clothes.

Danica's Pad is a perfect place for a family staycation. With complete amenities and free use of cutlery. A very cozy place to relax and have bond with your fam! The kitchen, comfort room, living room and bedroom was so tidy, clean and cool. It was so enjoyable and fun to stay in a place that feels like home. Our stay at Shine’s flat was a great experience. The space was neat, compact, and well laid out, with a cozy lofted bed and all the essentials provided—including cooking basics, a rice cooker, and room-darkening curtains for a good night’s sleep. I also appreciated the clean bathroom with a bidet and the reliable AC and WiFi, which made it easy to relax or get things done. Everything was as described, and it felt like a comfortable home away from home. Best of all, the host was always quick to respond to my questions, which made the stay feel even smoother. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again!

The place was spotlessly clean and felt so welcoming from the moment we arrived. The location couldn’t have been better. Just a short distance to popular malls, restaurants, and cafes. I loved how spacious the apartment was, with plenty of room to lounge around, eat, & work. The view from the apartment was great, and I absolutely loved the modern industrial interior design. So stylish and comfortable! Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting the area.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was very cozy and looked exactly like the photos. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was great—there were nearby stores, restaurants, and it was close to the market, so it was easy to get around. The host was very responsive and understanding. The only issue we had was that the internet could be intermittent at times, so if you're planning to work during your stay, it’s a good idea to have mobile data as a backup. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this place to others.
