Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Città Studi, Milan

The hosts were wonderful & responsive - could not ask for better! The home was clean and well-appointed. Just as described! The enclosed patio was a PLUS. Location was perfect; 2 1/2 easy, walkable blocks to the Porto Romana metro station, 1 block from PAM (local, well-stocked grocery store) and MANY restaurants & cafes within 2-3 blocks. For a unique restaurant try VENUCCI just down the street. Excellent wine menu and pizza. Ask for Tonya - she’s a wonderful person and a nice host! Enjoy!

Very nice apartment, new and perfectly equipped. Very central close to the metro. A big thank you for letting me know on a Sunday to find a pharmacy… Federico is very helpful. We will gladly come back to visit Milan.

My father and O were traveling together and we rented this Airbnb to avoid the cost of two hotel rooms. I LOVED the beautiful glass room kitchen!! Was such a peaceful place to have a morning coffee. They were very accommodating about our arrival time which was extra wonderful! The furniture is a bit old and simple (folding chairs around the kitchen table, stained chair in the living room) but for the price it was an excellent option for us and we really enjoyed it! Location is wonderful tram runs regularly (though seemingly on a schedule of its own) and we could walk to duomo in 25 min. I ran In the park each morning and the water pressure is lovely. Look it’s not a hotel, it’s perfect for traveling with two people who want their own space. Only one bed would be usable for a couple honestly so 3 people in beds is realistic. Has an elevator Excellent AC Over all we loved our stay and highly recommend to anyone coming to Milan!

I had a wonderful stay here! The location is excellent — it’s in a great neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and cafes just steps away. The room was very comfortable, with lots of natural light and a cozy atmosphere. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a big plus during the hot summer days. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. I couldn’t have asked for a better place. Highly recommended!

Great place to explore Milan. Just a few minutes walk to tram direct to piazza duomo and 20 minutes walk from the restaurants and bars of the grande canal.

We enjoyed staying here during our time in Milan. It was very close to lots of good restaurants and lots of stores to go shopping!

A marvelous home with a beautiful interior and decor. I’m definitely going to draw some inspiration for my own apartment. The place was quiet and in a very nice location. Mariuccia was also a responsive host. Will definitely come back again!

Simply impeccable! Our stay was wonderful and undoubtedly the best we've had in Europe so far. The apartment is extremely clean, well maintained, organized and with every detail thought out for the comfort of guests. Alessandro, the host, makes all the difference. He was extremely attentive, kind, helpful and efficient, always available and concerned with ensuring that we had the best possible experience. His affection and care, both for the apartment and for the guests, is something that really deserves to be highlighted. In addition, the location is great and, right next door, there is an excellent restaurant called Belluccio's, which we highly recommend! We felt truly welcomed and would definitely stay here again. A wonderful experience in every way!

This place was fantastic — clean, well-organized, simple, and tastefully decorated. Alejandro was incredibly responsive and attentive; he answered all of our questions and got back to us quickly whenever we reached out. The location is perfect if you're looking for a quiet neighborhood that's still well-connected to key spots in the city. The subway is just a short walk away. I highly recommend staying here!

Great apartment. Exactly as described. We were worried that it might be noisy, but it was really quiet at night, and we couldn't hear any street noise. Everything in the apartment worked well. The air conditioning was particularly good as it was 34 degrees when we stayed. The location is perfect for sightseeing. The metro is a 1-minute walk away, and there are some incredible restaurants in the area. I would highly recommend this apartment and would happily return again.

Pietro’s place is a rare find, I booked 4 nights. Very close to the metro station by walk and to the central station. Cafes, restaurants, supermarkets at the doorstep. The apartment has absolutely everything needed for a comfortable stay. The large private sun facing balcony is a huge bonus.

Valeria is a gracious, considerate, responsive host who has made sure you have everything you need in this beautiful, immaculately clean, well-located apartment. You can walk to the Duomo in 15 minutes; the metro is about 4 blocks away. You’ll find coffee and some yummy snacks waiting for you in the cupboard and fridge. I slept well in the comfy bed. The bedroom windows open on to a courtyard where birds sing in the morning and early evening. I loved coming home to this private, peaceful place at the end of a hot day of touring among the throngs. One thing to note — and this is NOT a criticism or complaint: If you have mobility issues, the high sides of the standard European tub may be a challenge for accessing the shower. Bottom line: If I ever return to Milan, this is where I want to stay.

The location is good, super close to central station which made it easy for us to take day trips to lake como and other destinations around Milan. There are some good local affordable restaurants around within a couple of blocks. The property itself was clean and chic with good natural lighting. The host is responsive and friendly, my husband and I do recommend this Airbnb!

Fantastic flat in great area in Milan! We loved our step here and the historic look of the flat and building is great! Convenient to everything and great hosts. Well stocked with basics as well. Hope to return soon!

Everything about our stay in Milano at Michele's place was fantastic, 10/10! The apartment was so clean, comfortable, stylish, and charming I wish we could have stayed much longer. For sure we will stay here again on our next trip to Milano. Michele and Loretta were warm and friendly, it felt like we just made some new friends. They were there to greet us and show us around the apartment and Michele was able to be there to say good-bye as well. The apartment is quiet and bright (and has A/C which was nice given the warm weather) so we slept well. The stay was completely delightful and I look forward to our next visit.

Great place to stay in Milan near M4 metro. Very easy to go around the city. There is only one air conditioning in the place on the living room side. It is a bit hot in the bedroom in summer but there is a fan provided.

Beautiful apartment, great area for bars/ restaurants and easy access to Metro. From start to finish Francesca was super helpful, super response with great recommendations. Would not hesitate to stay here again and would definitely recommend!

Staing in Marco's place was a great pleasure. Perfect location (not far from central station) with many great restaurants. The apartment clean and well equipped. I would recommend everyone that love Italy!

Great! we arrived very late and left very early so i dont have much to add but check in was smooth and easy, place was well connected, nice place with complete kitchen- nice balcony as well. seemed like it would be a lovely place to stay for a few days if you want to see Milan, would defo recomend

Michele’s condo was perfect! We walked there easily from the Milan Central Station, enjoyed coffee on his balcony, appreciated the use of the washer and dryer, and strolled the streets. Communication and check in were prompt and clear. We especially loved the elevator! Thank you Michele!

It is a very nice accomodation, we loved it. Metro station is very close, and there are plenty restaurant, bakery and shops nearby. Lixuan communicates and replies very quick , and she was very nice and helpful.
