Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Città Studi, Milan

If you need a base in Milan, this is recommended. We wanted to be close to Centrale so as to make arriving and leaving Milan easier. And for our day trip to Lake Como. So although this lovely apartment is not in the heart of Milan or one of the trendy inner suburbs, you are right on the Metro lines and can zip in to where the tourist action is. But otherwise in a lovely suburb, near the train and lots of places to eat and buy food nearby. Highly recommended. And loved having a kitchen and washing machine. Lots of natural light which makes the walk up the stairs worth it!

Mauro's place was amazing. Perfect, beautiful and super convenient location. Right in the middle of everything. The apartment was so beautiful and really spacious. We truly enjoyed our time in Milan and our stay made for a memorable vacation. Thank you again! We can't wait to be back!

Amazing location off the beaten path more local and less tourist zone! We loved the space and ease of the suite. Definitely recommend this spot for a great experience and great value in Milano!

Beautiful and comfortable apartment. Very ventilated and with natural light. Close to the train station and all means of transportation. The host was very friendly and always responded quickly.

I stayed at Claudia’s apartment for the design week. The location is great! Close to the center, short walk to the metro and lots of restaurants. Very quiet at night. The building has an elevator which is great. Claudia met me at the listing and showed me around. Her apartment is beautiful. It was a perfect place to stay for a week by myself. One thing to note (that you can see in the photos) - the stair to the bedroom loft is steep and the ceilings are low upstairs. So if you are very tall or have mobility issues - make a note.

Frank and Diana were exceptional in their hospitality. Frank met us and helped us to the apartment. He was so nice, and even offered to drive us to wherever we needed to go. They were both very proactive prior to our arrival and were very helpful during our brief stay. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. We will definitely consider staying here again when in Milan!

The hosts were wonderful & responsive - could not ask for better! The home was clean and well-appointed. Just as described! The enclosed patio was a PLUS. Location was perfect; 2 1/2 easy, walkable blocks to the Porto Romana metro station, 1 block from PAM (local, well-stocked grocery store) and MANY restaurants & cafes within 2-3 blocks. For a unique restaurant try VENUCCI just down the street. Excellent wine menu and pizza. Ask for Tonya - she’s a wonderful person and a nice host! Enjoy!

We stayed at Marco's apartment for an EVJF and we were delighted: welcoming, chic and designer apartment! More than warm welcome from Marco who does everything to make us feel at our best. Not to mention their availability, valuable recommendations, and unparalleled sense of service (airport driver, home chef, restaurant and spa reservations, etc.). My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our city break staying at MariaGrazia’s place. The location was excellent and MariaGrazia was friendly and responded quickly to any queries we had. The place itself was lovely; very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend it.

Maria's place is the best! it is very well managed and extremely organized. Location is absolutely perfect with the metro and bus stops just outside the building. You will be spoilt for choices of restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The place also has very good security in place. i felt very safe here. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again if I go back to Milan.

Great place to explore Milan. Just a few minutes walk to tram direct to piazza duomo and 20 minutes walk from the restaurants and bars of the grande canal.

Enrica's place was exactly as described. The two of us had plenty of space and there was a good amount of storage for our luggage in the closets. The kitchen and bathroom were both very clean as well. We had a train delay getting in and she was very responsive and understanding about us needing to check in later than planned. The location was very close to the metro stop, which we used to get around. We had a great stay and the apartment was very peaceful!

Everything was superlative, the host was very responsive and responded quickly to messages. I asked him for a lot of recommendations and he responded very shortly without upsetting himself, being very nice. very nice accommodation. After a busy day in the city center, we came to rest. The apartment is stylish and comfortable. Very clean. The bathroom was spacious and plenty of towels provided. The instructions to get inside were very clear and easy. Laura gave some nice addresses of restaurants nearby. Recommended is Southwest garage. Very nice restaurant. The neighborhood is multicultural and close to the metro. We didn't feel unsafe in the evening. In the apartment it was very quiet . The beds were comfortable. I definitely recommend this address for couples who want to stay out of the hustle and bustle of the city center. Thank you

Andrea is an incredible host, always answering all the questions, flexible with check in as I arrived earlier and giving great tips for restaurants and what to do on the neighborhood. The apartment is exactly as on pictures, with everything we needed and also with great location. For sure we would stay again when traveling to Milan.

Giovanni is super friendly and always reply quickly. He helped us efficiently whenever we needed assistance. The apartment itself is clean, spacious and fits all the descriptions, it is only accessible by stairs though. Overall, it was a great experience staying here! Would definitely recommend

The apartment was really nice and comfortable

Convenient location. Just a few minutes walk from the main train station. 30 minutes walk to Duomo cathedral and museums. Brera area is also not far. Spotless and clean apartment with enough towels. Quiet area. Valentine and the host were quick to respond to our queries. Just that , for the rare breed who are not tech savvy, despite clear instructions and hand holding, it was not easy to use the electronic lock. The day we left, we were very worried as we couldn't lock the door and it was too early to bother the hosts or the person in charge. We sent a message as soon as we boarded the airport shuttle ( almost missed it as were trying to lock the door for 10 minutes )and got an immediate reply from Valentine that she would handle it That was a relief. Technologically challenged people should do a trial run if you have to leave during hours when you can't disturb the host. There are physical keys. Only for check in and out you need the electronic lock.

This was the end of a 22 day trip for us with 7 Airbnbs on our itinerary. Gemma’s was among the top favorites of my husband and I. The tram is just steps away from the apartment and it’s close to a grocery store. We were able to find free parking- sometimes very close to the apartment and sometimes a little bit of a walk. We loved the back patio and spent a fair amount of time drinking coffee out there. The beds were super comfortable and we loved the bathrooms too. I would highly recommend this apartment.

If you’re looking for a spot that has some good creative design to it, Giuseppe’s Airbnb is the place to stay! We loved everything about it. It’s on a boulevard but it’s really quiet since he’s put in some really good windows. Convenient for the metro as it’s just across the road. Giuseppe was also a really responsive host - we got ourselves in a bit of a pickle when we parked in a spot that had a street market the next day and our car was towed. We reached out to him and he had answers for us immediately. We highly recommend Giuseppe’s Airbnb!
