The first floor has 2 bedrooms and a family bathroom, the 2nd floor has a suite with bedroom and bathroom.

There is a shower room, large bedroom, with super king size bed and relaxing sunroom. Access is good with no steps indoors or out.

Sleeps two comfortably, up to four at a squeeze with limited floor space if using the sofa bed for additional guests.

We are a 7 minute walk to a Sunday Times Gasto pub, The Plough by Sam and Jak, and less than 5 minutes to the fields entering Cirencester Park, or The Stratton Hotel Spa (1/2 day bookings available. Off road parking is included. We can accommodate 3 people with an extra charge.
