In the immediate vicinity there is a large playground with a gym by the stream, free courts, basketball courts, football and a skatepark. Intermarche and Biedronka shops are 2 min walk. To the promenade 2km, to Jaworzyna 3km There is a fenced parking lot, fast WiFi, TV, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, induction, dishwasher, washing machine.

In the vicinity of the cottage there is the possibility of cyclists, rafting of the Poprad River, mushroom picking and walking to the mineral spring of Sulinka.

Year-round, comfortably equipped apartments with an area of 80m2 are designed for 3 – 6 people (up to 8 beds) and consist of two levels. On the ground floor there is a hallway, living room with fireplace and TV, equipped kitchenette, dining room, bathroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each apartment has a parking space in the underground garage. On the ground floor there are terraces, on the first floor there are two balconies with beautiful views.

There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and a crib, the other with 2 single beds plus a sofa bed with sleeping function. Bedrooms are equipped with TVs. Bathroom, spacious kitchen. There is a desk in the hallway. Guests can use the hot tub in the open-air logs in nature. Complete privacy and peace of mind. Moments of relaxation await.

You can warm up by the wood-burning stove, read a book, and walk in the snow in the winter.
