Vacation rentals with beach access in Čiovo

I would say excellent stay, in a very quiet area, but at the same time very close to the seafront with shops, restaurants and ferries. The beach is a short walk away, bordering the garden. The location of this house allows you to move around easily on foot, without having to take the car, and the proximity to the ferries also allows you to visit Trogir and Split, renowned locations in the area. 5 well-deserved stars also go for the possibility of parking the car inside the property and for all the amenities offered by our host, including sunbeds and umbrellas for the beach. The apartment is located on the ground floor, well sheltered, enjoys the necessary privacy, even during the month of August, and is always in the shade thanks to the kiwi pergola. Ante gave us good advice and was always very helpful and friendly, responding quickly to all our requests. We had a great time and highly recommend it! Thank you for everything!

We enjoyed our week at Goran’s Air BnB. The views of the ocean are spectacular!! The apartment is a lovely walk from the village, restaurants, groceries and beach. The apartment is quiet, clean, and comfortable. We highly recommend staying at Goran’s Air BnB. Having never visited Croatia we had lots of tourist questions. Goran was very responsive and helpful. He also arranged a cab for our early morning departure. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant.

It's a great place. The beach is small but on the left side of the houses there is a path with quiet pieces . Sheltered with trees. The water is lovely, clean and clear. Please bring water shoes. We regularly went to eat at restaurant Adria. Trips to Trogir and Split made ,easy to do by car. Thanks again for everything dear Vesna

A little smaller apartment, but beautiful, clean and with a great private terrace, which was a big plus. The shared patio with BBQ grill and charming view is also excellent. Great communication and a friendly attitude with the host. It is 70 meters from the entrance to the sea, but it is necessary to prepare that it is very steep 70 meters, where one burns calories😄 Small minus is that even if there is a possibility of accommodation with an infant, there was no possibility of a high chair or travel crib (I recommend offering this option in the future). But even through this, my family and I are giving it the best review possible, and we'd love to come back. Okrug Gornij and the entire island of Otok Ciovo even through the fact that it is already crowded enough, so it has its charm❤

Jelena is a kind and responsive host. The apartment is spotless, comfortable, she keeps it up so well. There were goodies waiting for us in the room, and she even offers to take you to the airport if needed. The apartment has a nice view of the beach and is only a pleasant walk to Trogir. I would highly recommend this apartment, it was everything we could have wished for it was very clean, the layout was very good , the view was fantastic I think this is a very good apartment, it is definitely worth the money , Igor was an excellent host couldn’t do enough for us , we would definitely be going back soon

We had a great week in Okrug Gornji! The place was super fresh, with a bigger balcony than we expected! The only thing that would have been wished in the apartment was a little better equipped kitchen, except that everything was great! 😃 Very close to the sea and nice places for swimming, close to grocery store and restaurants, quiet area.

Grgur and his mom Were very helpful and kind. The apartment was clean, cozy, well equipped and excellent located. We enjoyed it! :)

If I could give Adi and his more than five stars, I would. 🌟 The location was great. I was there for 1.5 weeks without a car, visited beaches, took boat trips, went diving🤿. Scooters can also be rented and the old town was wonderful. So, a lot can be reached on foot or by Uber. Also many restaurants were great, e.g. La Cucina on the river side. The apartment was also great, everything is as described and with the large window it was almost like a balcony. Really relaxing there. I have been traveling with Airbnb apartments for almost ten years and Adi was one of the very best hosts. Always available, especially helpful, accommodating and friendly! I'd love to come back!

Toni and his wife, Paula truly do open their home to guests as this is their home you are fortunate enough to rent which they vacate for the summer to share with visitors. It is clean and comfortable with two bathrooms and great showers and a washer where the sun dries your clothes! The location backs up to the water and a boardwalk which takes you into Old Town Trogir in 5 minutes and also puts you close to tour pick up locations and buses and markets and boat rides and beaches. Toni not only arranged for our transportation from another area of Croatia, but also waited for us outside his house even though it was late at night. He gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations and better than that, he prepared Peka for us, a traditional meal made in a stone oven in his gorgeous backyard where we could try anything that was ripe! He is a funny, generous host who made our experience memorable. Stay here when you travel to Trogir!

5 of use stayed at Borna’s place in split for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The house is cosy with a beautiful view of the bay, located in the national park it is peaceful and refreshing. Borna was very friendly and helpful, check in & out was super easy and I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering! Hope to come back again soon.

This home was above and beyond expectations! The house was fab, but the uniqueness of the space outside, the view, was sensational. . The winding steps down to the water through the trees, relaxing on the waters edge was so peaceful. This is a nature lovers paradise as lots to see and hear! Petar is the perfect host living locally and always available. Just a couple of minutes walk around the bay is a great restaurant, lovely steaks, fish etc and same views. It’s close enough but out of sight! This will be the first time ever I wish to rebook a property!

This apartment met all my expectations, was very clean and the balcony had a beautiful view on the sea. The walk from the beach is steep, but I really like the landscape with the beautiful beach, therefore I didn't mind the walk. Everything was great, would recommend it!:)

Such a gorgeous air bnb! We really enjoyed our stay here. Only a 30 minute bus from the city centre, you really can’t beat this location. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Definitely reccomend.

Apartment was outstanding. It was so relaxing eating our breakfast while watching the ferry’s dock. Lovely spacious rooms and scenic walk into Split centre. Klajdi was an amazing host. He responded immediately to any queries.

This is an exceptional apartment, split over two levels with first floor bedroom and bathrooms and living and kitchen space above, leading to a large balcony. Yes it is set on a hillside and yes the pathways up from the beach are steep, but the view of the whole bay made the climb worth the effort. The apartment is very modern and bathrooms spotless. The pool is a decent size and whenever we were using it we had it to ourselves. Apartment comes complete with James Bond style hatch opening to the rooftop! There was a mix up with check-in but the owner quickly responded to the message on Airbnb and got it sorted. The apartment is possibly the best equipped we have stayed in with plenty of crockery and utensils and chopping boards etc and plentiful supplies of toilet rolls, linen, towels (for bathrooms and for pool). Driving and parking can be challenging. We will miss our evening BBQs on the balcony watching activity on the water and the sun setting. Book now, you won't be disappointed

We enjoyed our 2 week stay. It is a great location and we really had the chance to rest out. Trogir is walking distance and the beach was straight down the road. Klara our host, was helpful and always available to communicate with us. I can recommend to stay there.

Great location, perfect for a short stay! Located just a 10-minute walk from the city center, it is ideal for easy access to restaurants, bars and attractions. The surroundings are lively, but still quiet enough to relax. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. It really had everything you need for a short stay. Absolutely recommended!

It was an amazing staying here! The house is beautiful, very open, spacious and clean. We felt right at home! The location of the house is perfect, right in front of the sea. We could go for swimming during the day, and relax in the garden overlooking the water. It is a great location if you want to swim. Around 10min walking you have a few restaurants and 10min by car you are in the city of Trogir with many nice things to see! I highly recommend this place!! Hella and her family were also really nice!
