Nuovissima casa con 500 mq di giardino, appena costruita. Arredata con materiali naturali pregiati. Tutto nuovo. Ambiente luminoso, confortevole e piacevole. Tre bagni, due con ampia doccia. Camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno. Piccola palestra con alcuni attrezzi. Perfetta per una coppia che desidera rilassarsi nella campagna di Pietrasanta, a 5 minuti dal centro e a meno di 10 minuti di auto dal mare. Parcheggio interno con cancello automatico. Aria condizionata. Non c'è la televisione.

This lovely private villa in the hills of Versillia has been our holiday home for many years. It enjoys spectacular views on the Tuscan coast and the jetset town of Forte dei Marmi. Shopping, beaches, playgrounds and restaurants all within 15 min drive away. Day trips to Pisa, Lucca, Cinque Terre and Florence. The house is situated on the Pelgrim route 'La Via Francigena' with nice walking and cycling itineraries. The house comfortably hosts 6 persons (and eventually an additional infant).
