A Stunning Dorset Thatched Cottage - Dog friendly

TamrynRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend stay at Ruth's stunning cottage. Ruth was a fantastic host, always on hand to answer my many questions (sorry Ruth😅) to walking in to find a lovely hamper. She also had mapped out some walk trails and supplied books / leaflets for local amenities. Cannot fault anything! We loved the hot tub and such a lovely enclosed garden so our dog was free to run around at his own leisure. It felt like a home away from home as we were able to use Ruth's BBQ too! Thanks for having us Ruth!

Detached and romantic cottage with hot tub.

MichelleRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Had a wonderful two days at The Bothy. Such a beautiful spot and the cottage I think looks even better in real life - and it looks pretty wonderful in the photos! We felt right at home straight away- Chrissy had left some welcome staples which was appreciated and there is everything you need for a truly lovely stay. We made use of the hot tub which was fab and it’s in a very peaceful but convenient location to explore the New Forest. Come - we hope to go back soon.

The Cottage, Parsonage Farmhouse with hot tub

HarrietRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a really lovely stay here this week. The garden is beautiful, so peaceful and we even saw a woodpecker hopping around the grass one afternoon. Our daughter adored the trampoline and climbing frame, we also really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub each day after exploring. We did day trips to Lyme Regis, Beer and Forde Abbey & Gardens. A perfect, peaceful spot to spend a few days, thank you.

Charming Brick Cottage with a Patio and Hot Tub

PaulRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
A homely and clean accomodation on beautiful settings on a farm, reminding us of memories of staying on farms in our childhood. Approximatley 30 mins from Weymouth where we carried out our bucket list - a visit to Durdle Door by boat, attendning the festival, swimming in the sea, going on the big wheel, eating delicious meals and relaxing in beautiful harbour settings. And where we could return from our days out to relax in our wonderful accomodation, sit in the garden, with a barley field backed on to us, listen to the cows in nearby fields and relax in the hot tub! Spending time together away from the hustle and bustle of life. Our host Jane made us feel very welcome, providing us with helpful information and was at the end of a phone or text if we needed any additional help. Thank you Jane - we made precious memories during our stay

A great find and in a beautiful setting. The cottage was well equipped with everything you could need. The garden backed on to the nursery field for the lambs and was lovely to sit out in the garden with a cuppa and enjoy the peace. Cottage was immaculate, comfortable and quiet. Lots to do in the area with Weymouth only a 30 minute drive and Tesco relatively close for your essentials. The homemade banana cake was very well received and very delicious! Would definitely book again.

Had a lovely weekend stay with family. The accommodations was clean well presented and decorated really nicely. Beds were comfortable, linen nice and clean. Lovely welcome gift which was a well received treat we wasn’t expecting. Located in walking distance from centre, pubs, restaurants, beach and local train/bus station. The host was excellent rang me prior to our stay, explained exactly how to find the accommodation, gave clear instructions on how to access property and local recommendations on restaurants etc. This was followed up by text message communication. Was extremely flexible with checking and out times which was great as travelling with younger children and elderly relatives. I would defo return and 100% recommend this accommodation and host. Thanks for a lovely stay

New Forest retreat "The Bothy"- Near Paultons park

ElsaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Allie's place was a hit with the entire family. Our 2 year old tremendously enjoyed running in the garden and playing with the old tractor that stood there. Allie gave us great pub recommendations nearby her property. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen fully kitted out for cooking. You need to follow Allie's exact GPS instructions on how to drive to her property (which is not what we have done) because network connection gets suddenly very poor in the vicinity of the property, so you can't rely on your phone anymore at that point. There is a good wifi connection once you arrive at the property.

Happy Riverside Cottage by the Seaside, Lyme Regis

LauraRating, 5 starstoday
The cottage was in a great location for a few days in Lyme Regis. We took our new born baby and the space was plenty big enough for our stay. The host was easy to contact. We'd recommend to friends and family. A couple of recommendations based on our trip - Kiosk does great ice coffees, juices and toasted sandwiches. The Town Mill Bakery does a delicious breakfast and they sell their products in their deli next door. Swim is a great place for a drink overlooking the beach (food looked good too but we didn't eat there!)

We loved Susan’s cottage. It was perfect for our family of 4. It was really cosy and welcoming, we felt immediately at home. Location was great, being able to walk to the pubs and restaurants in the evening, but set in a lovely peaceful little row of cottages. Susan was also a super helpful host and really responsive. We had a great holiday, loved exploring Yarmouth and West Wight.
