Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Chuo Ward

What a perfect spot to stay for my family’s winter vacation! The snow was epic! The local resort, Kokusai is great and Rusutsu and Niseko are also a bit further on to explore. The studio’s central location is walkable to good restaurants and numerous beautiful onsens. It’s clean, warm and comfortable and had everything we needed. Neil was a fantastic source of local knowledge, which was very helpful in the authentic town of Jozankei Onsen. Highly recommend this place!

조용한 주택가에 위치해있고 주변에 큰 슈퍼마켓이 있습니다. 시내까지는 차로 5분 정도로 접근성이 좋습니다. 넓고 깨끗하고 식기, 세탁기, 건조기, 욕조 등 이 잘 갖춰져 있습니다. 주차장도 충분히 넓어서 승합차 주차에 불편함이 없었습니다. 추천합니다.

Great experience in Hokkaido.

This is a clean spacious house. I would definitely recommend this place over a hotel if your group is large or if you are travelling with young children. The house is equipped with washing machine m, clothes drier, iron, cooking utensils, toiletries, hair drier, induction stove, microwave and toaster. There is a 7-11 at a walking distance which is very convenient for breakfast and hot coffee. Please note that this place is a bit far from Sapporo station where many day tours start. This place is good if you are driving. I would recommend adding USB B & USB C charging ports to reduce the dependence on travel adaptors for foreign guests.

Yoshie's home was a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and well-stocked with useful supplies and plenty of complimentary snacks! It's also very close to a grocery store, Laweson, and Yamato office for luggage forwarding. Yoshie was also very helpful, offering to drive us to a nearby station both at check-in and check-out and giving us advice on efficient trains.

6명 가족이 머물렀으며, 모두 숙소에 만족하였습니다. 호스트는 친절했으며, 요청사항에 빠르게 대답하여 주셨습니다.

Excellent location, close to the station. Room was perfectly clean. Amenities were well equipped.

房东主动询问并提供来往札幌站的接送服务，所以入住非常顺利。房东一家第二晚还邀请我共进晚餐，虽然他们不熟中文和英语，我们也沟通的愉快。房东有提供三台自行车，距离中心旅游区大约20分钟，极大方便了观光购物，我最远南下到中岛公园。房间隔音可以接受。总之是很不错的选择。

Beautifully furnished that looks just like the photos. Well equipped with plenty of amenities and soft and comfortable linens. Is nested along roads so there might be some noise but overall, is not that noticeable. As described, location is best suited for those driving as it is away from public transportation. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay!

Excellent location, spacious accommodations with nice views. Host initiated contact early on and leading up to our arrival. Host also provided local recommendations and directions for shopping, restaurants and attractions. Flexible check-in options of in-person or automated lock box. We had automated lock box and the detailed instructions provided made it very easy to retrieve keys. Totally enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is small but very cozy and comfortable! Feels brand new with appliances, well supplied kitchen, and great office space for remote work. It is not cheap but very nice by Japan standards. We didn’t even realize how conveniently it’s located! Prince Hotel next door has busses to Niseko, airport, etc. The value for money is definitely there. We stayed 3 weeks and the only suggestion I have for the hosts is to provide garbage instructions and yellow burnable bags for guests that are staying longer than 5-7 days, as Japan is very particular about the garbage disposal ♻️ Otherwise the hosts were very fast in responding, with clear communication, and easy instructions.

We are happy with the apartment, only thing is that the room next to the living room has no door and limits the privacy of the person staying in that room. Overall, the apartment is nice and near the subway station, within walking distance to convenience stores. The host is kind and responsive too. We recommend you book the place when you are at Sapporo.

This apartment unit is very well equipped. I can tell Toshiko-san makes good efforts in providing the best staying experience for the guests. My family of four had a good rest in her cosy apartment.

This was easily one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed in. Beautiful 3 bed / 3 bath unit that perfectly matched the pictures from the listing. It snowed for the first few days of our stay (no complaints here as this was a ski trip), but on a clear day you are greeted with a beautiful view of Mt Yotei from the living room & back porch. We made great use of the kitchen making breakfast each morning before heading to the mountains, and then most nights we would walk to / around Hirafu village for great food, drinks, and entertainment. Highly recommend staying at Aspect, you won’t be disappointed. Thanks again for playing a major part in what was the best ski vacation of our lives.

Convenient and clean, short walk to Minami Otaru Station and also a short walk to Marchen Crossroads (with lots to experience and eat!). The view outside was wonderful. We had a wonderful time at Otaru 😄

l’appartement est fort agréable, très calme avec une vue imprenable et à proximité de la rue commerçante pour touristes certes mais très plaisante. L’accueil dans l’immeuble était très bien également. nous avons trouvé des petits restaurants pres du canal où nous avons été chaque fois extrêmement bien accueillis. nous recommandons cet arrêt à Otaru.

A lovely little spot only 10 minutes walk to town centre. Helpful to have a car if you are skiing. Great apartment with picture window view of Yotei. Stephanie was very friendly and helpful too. Highly recommend.
