This is a quiet room that can be reached comfortably even in snow, 5 minutes by subway from Sapporo and 1-2 minutes on foot from Nakajima Koen Station. Even in the cold winter, the room warms up quickly! Convenience stores and supermarkets are nearby, making it convenient for long stays. There are several coin parking lots, making it convenient for getting around by car.　　　　Odori Park and Susukino are within walking distance, making it convenient for sightseeing and gourmet. You can enjoy walking and running in the clear air of Nakajima Park and Toyohira River throughout the four seasons. Nearby Moiwa Mountain is a low mountain with a wonderful virgin forest, making it easy to climb. In the winter, you can enjoy nature while skiing, walking on the snowy mountain, and enjoying the night view, refreshing both your body and mind. 　We tried to eliminate synthetic chemicals and artificial fragrances as much as possible. The bedroom has a Simmons bed and a first-class blackout curtain for a good night's sleep. 　Sapporo's water is delicious, but we've introduced a high-performance Seagull Four water purifier for added safety and taste. 　High-speed Wi-Fi, printer, and a desk with easily adjustable height, making it convenient for business stays. Towels are made of Imabari organic cotton, and the hair dryer is bioprogrammed to be gentle on your hair. 　Sapporo has mountains, hot springs, and ski slopes that even beginners can easily enjoy. What a perfect spot to stay for my family’s winter vacation! The snow was epic! The local resort, Kokusai is great and Rusutsu and Niseko are also a bit further on to explore. The studio’s central location is walkable to good restaurants and numerous beautiful onsens. It’s clean, warm and comfortable and had everything we needed. Neil was a fantastic source of local knowledge, which was very helpful in the authentic town of Jozankei Onsen. Highly recommend this place!

This is a clean spacious house. I would definitely recommend this place over a hotel if your group is large or if you are travelling with young children. The house is equipped with washing machine m, clothes drier, iron, cooking utensils, toiletries, hair drier, induction stove, microwave and toaster. There is a 7-11 at a walking distance which is very convenient for breakfast and hot coffee. Please note that this place is a bit far from Sapporo station where many day tours start. This place is good if you are driving. I would recommend adding USB B & USB C charging ports to reduce the dependence on travel adaptors for foreign guests.

Yoshie's home was a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and well-stocked with useful supplies and plenty of complimentary snacks! It's also very close to a grocery store, Laweson, and Yamato office for luggage forwarding. Yoshie was also very helpful, offering to drive us to a nearby station both at check-in and check-out and giving us advice on efficient trains.

The two-story house features a modern exterior with a combination of brick and paneling. It is equipped with air conditioning. The entrance is clearly defined by a staircase leading to the front door, surrounded by greenery and a vehicle parked nearby.

The Host proactively asked and provided pick-up and drop-off services to and from Sapporo Station, so the check-in was very smooth.The host family invited me to dinner on the second night, and although they were not familiar with Chinese and English, we communicated happily.The host provided three bicycles, about 20 minutes from the central tourist area, which greatly facilitated sightseeing and shopping. I went as far south as Nakajima Park.The room is reasonably soundproofed.All in all a great choice.

Excellent location, spacious accommodations with nice views. Host initiated contact early on and leading up to our arrival. Host also provided local recommendations and directions for shopping, restaurants and attractions. Flexible check-in options of in-person or automated lock box. We had automated lock box and the detailed instructions provided made it very easy to retrieve keys. Totally enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is small but very cozy and comfortable! Feels brand new with appliances, well supplied kitchen, and great office space for remote work. It is not cheap but very nice by Japan standards. We didn’t even realize how conveniently it’s located! Prince Hotel next door has busses to Niseko, airport, etc. The value for money is definitely there. We stayed 3 weeks and the only suggestion I have for the hosts is to provide garbage instructions and yellow burnable bags for guests that are staying longer than 5-7 days, as Japan is very particular about the garbage disposal ♻️ Otherwise the hosts were very fast in responding, with clear communication, and easy instructions.

We are happy with the apartment, only thing is that the room next to the living room has no door and limits the privacy of the person staying in that room. Overall, the apartment is nice and near the subway station, within walking distance to convenience stores. The host is kind and responsive too. We recommend you book the place when you are at Sapporo.

This was easily one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed in. Beautiful 3 bed / 3 bath unit that perfectly matched the pictures from the listing. It snowed for the first few days of our stay (no complaints here as this was a ski trip), but on a clear day you are greeted with a beautiful view of Mt Yotei from the living room & back porch. We made great use of the kitchen making breakfast each morning before heading to the mountains, and then most nights we would walk to / around Hirafu village for great food, drinks, and entertainment. Highly recommend staying at Aspect, you won’t be disappointed. Thanks again for playing a major part in what was the best ski vacation of our lives.

Convenient and clean, short walk to Minami Otaru Station and also a short walk to Marchen Crossroads (with lots to experience and eat!). The view outside was wonderful. We had a wonderful time at Otaru 😄

the apartment is very nice, very quiet with an amazing view and close to the shopping street for tourists certainly but very pleasant. The welcome in the building was fine too. we found small restaurants near the canal where we were always extremely well received. we recommend this stop in Otaru.
