I had a great stay at this place! The room was very clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to many tourist attractions. The host was also very friendly and easy to communicate with.

Young Ju is a great owner, very helpful and responds immediately. The flat location is near Yeoksam station exit 1, short 5-7 mins walk. We had a family reunion and the flat could accomodate our big family, the younger ones occupied the 2nd floor. The flat has everyhing you need to feel like home for a month or even longer.

It was comfortable like home and good at a reasonable price. Thank you.

Fefa Station is the nearest station.From Fefa Station, there is no up and down the road, so it is easy to understand and easy to get to the house.(You can also walk to Dongdaemun Station and Jongno 5-ga Station, but it is a little further than Fefa Station, and there is a little up and down.) The bus stop called Dongdaemun General Market is about between Dongdaemun Station and Jongno 5-ga Station, so it is easy to understand how to get to and from the airport⇔ house. The house is clean and stylish as pictured.It is kept clean and pleasant. There is also a range, pots, dishes, silverware, pots, knives, etc., and dish soap. You can also use the washing machine, but please take your detergent with you. There is also a balcony where you can enjoy meals. The surrounding area is safe and very quiet. There is a Starbucks and CU (convenience store) between the area around Fefa Station to the house, making it convenient.There are also cafes, mochi shops, and bakeries. There is also a hair dryer in the bathroom.Body soap and shampoo are also available.Bring your own toothbrush. Exceptional stay! The accommodation was perfectly as described, very clean, well-equipped and perfectly located. Jihye was very responsive, thoughtful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and will not hesitate to come back on a future visit. Thanks again!

Apartment looks a little bigger than it actually is in the photos and the upper floor is quite dark. The place is still a 10/10. I felt at home after a short time. The amenities and condition of the apartment were immaculate. A beautiful view from the roof terrace, plenty of towels and everything right nearby. 7 Eleven 2 min walk. If I come to Gangnam again, I will definitely book this place again! Thank you for this lovely stay! :)

The host was so kind, and it was so nice to be in touch! The room was really clean and the facilities were good, so I had a good time at a good price.

I stay with my family of 4, and I must say, first of all, Soonae response is very fast, even at late hours. the place is as the picture, it's easy to find even with taxi and the location is just walk in front of MRT, Lotte world and beautiful lake. and since I'm bringing my son to Lotte world adventure we can go early and stay until late night and just walk home with worry of traffic. it also near jamsil 2, which you can go wherever on seoul. would recommend this place.

I've used Airbnb a few times, but It was a great, clean and beautiful accommodation! The barbecue area is outside, and inside the barbecue area, there is a refrigerator, kitchen, tableware, microwave, burner, etc., and the ventilation facilities are very good. There were drums, guitars, pianos, darts, and karaoke machines (I was surprised that there were all the latest songs) indoors, so I had a good time and made good memories without knowing the time. And I was able to communicate very well with the owner, so I had a comfortable rest! This time I came with friends, but next time I want to bring my parents with me!

I couldn't use Jakooji because the accommodation was closed, but I don't think I would have been able to use it even if I had applied because I was doing something else. I went without a dog, but the accommodation was spacious and well-decorated with a theme, so I used it with ease and pleasure. I think I'll come back if I get a chance next time:) It was a pleasant time.

There are a lot of amenities nearby, and it's close to the U.S. military base, so it was nice to go out to eat! I rested comfortably before heading out. 😊

It snowed a lot during my stay. I was so, so happy. It was the best, with really quiet surroundings, sunny eyes, and stars full of sparkling night skies at night. I had fun eating BBQ, sledding, watching chickens, and swinging.☺️ In addition, after a cold outside activity, you can warm up on the hot living room floor, and it was a great time to talk about Dorando while watching your eyes out the big window while drinking the hot chocolate and coffee from the great coffee machine. The host was very responsive and very, very kind. There was a small problem, but they fixed it very quickly, and they took great care to make sure there were no inconveniences. The☺️ hot water came out really well, and the heating was really awesome.👍🏻👍🏻

It was nice because it was quiet since it was a residential area. I'm sensitive to bedding, but it was fluffy and cozy, so it was the best place I've stayed! There were lots of fun and food nearby, so I had a good date, and I was able to eat at the dining table on the rooftop that was like a campsite, so it became a meaningful memory:) The object was emotional, and I felt better as soon as I entered the song that played, thank you.

It was a very neat and cute accommodation with a very attractive acorn. There were plenty of towels and coffee capsules, and it was nice to have parking support. It was so appealing to have a cup of coffee while looking at the hanok next door from the morning terrace. Even though the surrounding area was a very densely populated residential area, it was so quiet and nice. The downside is that the house is structured as a 1st and 2nd floor... It's a structure where one house is shared, so If there is no consideration, it may cause a lot of inconvenience. I don't recommend it for those who are noisy until late at night.

One of the biggest reasons why I enjoyed the 2-night, 3-day trip to Danyang that 4 friends suddenly planned... I think the beautiful scenery on the way to Dam & Sum's accommodation will remain in my memory for a long time.The accommodation is located on a large road, so it was easy to find, and there are not many cars passing by, so it is quiet.The whole room was filled with cypress... I slept comfortably in the warm loess room... Haha, thanks to the song machine with the well-set sound quality and the user manual that was attached with an old-fashioned sentiment, I remember having a blast without having to worry about the surroundings... The host's thoughtful consideration... I think it will remain as the happiness of my trip to Danyang.

1. Best place to stay if you love shopping in gangnam. It's pretty much close to so many restaurants and shops 2. Gaining access to public transport is super easy as the place is close the bus stops, train stations and taxi drivers are everywhere 3. The host is amazing! Mr Lee was very helpful with my inquiries and gave myself a tour around the local area. 4. The apartment was spacious with plenty of space (much bigger than the usual apartments). 5. Overall I had a blast staying there :) Would highly book it again if I were to visit Gangnam again

It is a very local and comfortable rooftop room located on Tongdak Street. It's a rooftop, but privacy is definitely protected, and the space is spacious without lacking. There are extra futons and pillows, so it's very comfortable, and the room, bathroom, and kitchen are very clean. It's pretty when the lights are on on the rooftop. Check-in was easy and communication with the host was very good. You helped me a lot so that I could rest very comfortably during my stay.

It’s only 15/20 min walk from lotte world and lotte tower and you can enjoy the view during that walk 🤌🏻
