Small stone house in traditional Greek style on the island of Thassos, approximately 40 square meters to 1.5 floors with magnificant sea view and sunset. Wooden kitchen, Bath with shower / toilet with water heater, living room with sitting area, fireplace and partial thermo-floor heating. Upper floor - (gable height 2.20 m) with bed (160x200 cm), and air conditioning. Wooden windows and doors have mosquito nets. Outside: Natural stone terrace shaded with wine covered pergola and great views.

It's only 10km away from the sea and that means a 10' drive through a lovely road surrounded by pine trees. The 720m2 of the property will gives you a sense of traquility and calmness to your family. If you have PETS ,it will be the ideal house for them because the whole estate is surrounded by a stonewall with fence.

The surrounding area is surrounded by trees, in a quiet neighborhood. The nearest supermarket is 50 meters away.

A bright and cheerful maisonette with a superb location, only 1 - 2 minutes walk to the beach. It is situated on a small hill thereby offering magnificent views of the entire bay of Golden Beach. We like Thassos Island and sea and we would like to share our cozy apartment with you. The apartment (45,sqm) is suitable for couples as well as families with children. It is just a minute from a beautiful sandy beach with shallow water. Supermarket and restaurants are 200 meters away and there is a bus stop just behind the corner.
