Everything was perfect and clean and felt so comfortable. The only issue was when the bed broke as soon as my partner sat down on it, we are plus sized so i kinda get it but it was surely a scary experience lol. Other than that everything was great, even had snacks!

Nick’s place the absolute perfect place for our girl’s weekend stay. Not only was the location great and the place clean, it was so tastefully and comfortably decorated. We appreciated all the attention to detail! Beds were comfy, kitchen had everything we needed, and we even left a new puzzle to add to the collection. We’ll definitely be back!!

We had the pleasure of staying at Nancy’s property this past week, and I cannot say enough good things about our experience. My friend and I were visiting Tennessee for the first time to attend a music festival, but unfortunately, the festival was unexpectedly cancelled. Despite the change in our plans, Nancy went above and beyond to make sure we still had an enjoyable trip. Right away, she reached out and offered to help us with a potential refund if we decided to change our travel plans. That gesture alone made us feel truly cared for. But it didn’t stop there – she were incredibly kind in offering alternative activities in the area. With the help of Nancy and other locals’ thoughtful recommendations, we ended up exploring some wonderful nearby spots and having a fantastic time. We can’t thank Nancy and her husband’s enough for their kindness and generosity. If you’re ever in the area, we highly recommend staying here. You’ll be in great hands with an amazing host who truly cares!
