A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. You will find peace and quiet here, the beautiful countryside but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Middle-age farmhouse located in the heart of the Morvan Regional Natural Park, 3 hours from Paris, between Nevers, Autun and Corbigny (11km from Chateau-Chinon). Spacious house, 3/4 bedrooms with double beds and extra beds and/or bunk beds for children, in its original state but renovated with all modernity. 3 couples with children can enjoy the house. Large living room, fireplace, wood stove, fully equipped kitchen. Large terrace of 40m2 with a breathtaking view over a wild valley.

Saperlipopette Maisonette

This simple but cozy gîte is located in the heart of the Morvan, where you are surrounded by nature. From the garden, you can look out over the valley with a varied panorama of forests, hedges and meadows. In the nearby village (2 min.) there is a bakery where you can get delicious fresh bread and 5 minutes away is Lac de Pannecière, where you can swim, fish, canoe and paddle board. Hikers and (trained) cyclists can indulge in the many routes in the immediate vicinity.

(No kitchenette) but Electric hobs and gas BBQ available with pots, pans, plates… Hikes from the house, games (boules, ping-pong, badminton) and bike rental.

At the gates of Morvan

Relax in this small house attached to our main house which has just been completely renovated internally. Its warm side will allow you to have a good time, it has the particularity of having a bedroom as well as a mezzanine under a slope so the ceilings are low on the upper floor and the small access door to the bedroom will require that you can bend down to access it… We provide bed linen and towels.
