Cosy place with air conditioning

I would like to offer cosy and comfortable flat near the thermal pools, city center and park, it is situated also close to the Katowice city center. Small but it has everything which is needed for a short stay. It consists 2 seperate rooms, seperate kitchen and a bathroom. There is a desk with the hight regulation, comfortable seat and fast Internet. The flat is situated on the 4th floor without a lift so might not be convinient for people with some kind of movement disabilites.

a very nice new Apartment in old German styled Tenement house (large space, high cealings) Nearby are a lot of shops like a grocery, supermarket and a shopping mall It is also located very good when it comes to transportation because the A4 highway is situated 1Km from my place, and the freeway (DTŚ) is also just 1km away. So u can get from that place to the city center of Katowice in less than 15min
