Very nice and clean place, better than the photos. It is located on the beach, in a very quiet area that is about 10 minutes from the city of Volos with a very good road. Manos is a great host, and eager to help.

Beautiful experience, great location, very convenient for all beaches. Chrisoula is very kind and made our stay special. The change of sheets and towels every two days and the possibility to leave luggage and take a shower before the evening flight are a notable plus. Highly recommended😍

The house is for sure more beautiful than shown in pictures. Cleanness is above 5 stars. Supplied with all facilities to make your stay memorable (full kitchen & bath equipment). Central heating well working, fire place too. Outdoor BBQ facilities also. Bed linen & towels soft & clean. Centrally located , nearby (walking distance) to village square ,restaurants, cafes markets, but also with the necessary privacy. Plenty space of parking. Fantastic view upto the Aegean sea. Although we stayed around Epiphany holiday (winter season) and the house and area atmosphere was marvelous Christmas-New year decorated, I believe that house will be fine for summer period as well, since plenty fantastic beaches are around the village (10-15 minutes driving far away). Cost reasonable for the accommodation quality that offers. If you want to feel like your home but in a magnificent place, this is the right place.

Tony and Jill responded almost immediately to any questions. Demetri was very welcoming and helped us whenever we needed. We got new towels and a clean around the villa mid week, which was very thoughtful. highly recommend.

Everything was perfect. The flat is absolutely luke the pictures, you have everything needed and also a free car parking. I liked the place really much. For sure, I definitely recommend it.

We stayed at the beautiful Art Apartment in early June 2025, two people, in different rooms. The apartment was quiet, newly renovated, spotless and tidy. The hostess was extremely polite and communicative, she solved all our questions immediately and effectively. The location is very central, close to the central market and the port, with many options for coffee, food and drink all around, within a short walk. We would gladly choose it again on our next visit to Volos. We highly recommend it!

Fabulous house in a beautiful spot. Very close to the beach but off the main street so quiet and peaceful except for the fabulous frog chorus every evening It’s a grassy area with a stream so the mosquito screens were invaluable. Safe place. Never needed to lock up. We were cooking most nights so at request Γιάννης provided us with a selection of extra pans. Plenty of spare towels and linen. Gorgeous outside area, three terraces with outdoor eating area and a gas BBQ. Even a covered car porch Felt totally private Hotel behind appears closed for the foreseeable but only over looks one side. Hosts left us a great welcome pack with coffee pods (Nespresso) wine, cake and soft drinks! Hosts were always helpful and responded quickly to texts with Γιάννης arriving promptly on his scooter!

As my family and parents-in-law said, this was the best Airbnb we've ever rented. The house is in an amazing location, right in front of the beach, with spectacular views of the gulf. It is a very spacious and luxurious house with all amenities, even suitable for a long stay. Volos is just 15 minutes by car, so we visited the city almost daily for the bars and restaurants, but there were also some great options in the village next to the house (just 5 minutes by car). Finally, Yiannis is a fantastic gentleman—responsive, polite, and very helpful. Overall, it was a great experience and highly recommended.

This charming house is perfectly located. Close to everything. The house is cozy and we didn't miss anything. The host and hostess are very nice and helpful. We had a great time in this house. We highly recommend this house.

Alexander’s property is really special. The garden is enchanting, the view of the bay is stunning, the little private beach is priceless and the terrace is a perfect spot for shady lunches and for enjoying the bats flitting about at dusk. The properties are indeed a little tired but this is a family-owned group of buildings, clearly loved and enjoyed and cared for. It feels like staying at one’s own Greek holiday home which is charming. Alexander and other family members who help manage the property were really helpful, friendly and responsive which we appreciated. They have sea kayaks and a giant paddle board which we were allowed to use so were able to access hard to reach beaches and explore a little lagoon not too far away. This is a busy island with a lot of public beaches; this holiday home offered a haven of peace and a quiet place to access the sea and sunbathe. There are sometimes people swimming past because the snorkelling is so good. We would happily return!

Not only did Yanis provide us with essential supplies like food, water, and gas when we were stranded, but he also made us feel secure in potentially dangerous situation. His warm hospitality and genuine concern for our well-being were truly remarkable. The house itself was a gem. Spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our group of nine people, it offered breathtaking views of the city of Volos. Even amidst the storm, the scenery was awe-inspiring. Can’t praise this villa and the family that run it enough. We were picked up at the airport by the host and anywhere we went during our stay they gladly transported us free of charge. The villa was amazing, modern, clean, spacious, well equipped with beautiful views. The pool was immaculate with the addition of a welcoming hot tub to finish the day. The free breakfast every morning was delicious with an extensive menu, from freshly made omelettes to fresh fruit, pastries and home made jam. The owners were welcoming, friendly and a lovely family who created the perfect vibe for the duration of the stay. Only just arrived home but we’ve booked for next year already!! Highly recommend a stay at this villa and 2 other villas also on the family complex.

Overall very happy with the stay. The communication was great. The only problem was with the wifi, even when it worked, the connection was rather weak, but Katerina still did her best. The surrounding area has a lot to offer as well

It is a completely renovated two-bedroom apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea, second floor two steps from the beach. The house isn't very big, but it's sufficient for a couple with a baby or kid. The house is fully equipped with everything. The location is ideal for those looking for a relaxing holiday with easy access to the sea. Highly recommended.
