Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Choiseul

My family stayed at Sweet Breezes for 7 nights. We wanted something grand, outside the city, with picturesque views. Sweet Breezes did not disappoint. The rooftop deck is breathtaking. The view of the Gros Piton, the ocean and St. Vincent, the sunsets, the sunrises, the moon, the countless stars were amazing. We used the kitchen often, had multiple meals on the main deck, even fired up the charcoal grill one evening. The rooms are as shown. Our daughter claimed the larger yellow room, our son the smaller blue room, and we took the main orange bedroom. The shower in the main bedroom with the view of the ocean through the open windows is something we won't soon forget. The villa had everything. Plenty of towels, wine glasses, dishes, and hot water. I want to thank Garvin, Kern, Ricky, and Gregory. We felt very safe. It was very peaceful, and quiet. I would recommend a car. We had a gutless AWD Honda Vezel and had no problems. Highly recommend Sabwisha Beach, only 10min away. Thank you.

Without a doubt our stay here was the highlight of our honeymoon! This home was a DREAM! Beyond beautiful, we had so much fun just being at the house and exploring the property. Laura was super helpful, she went above and beyond with the information provided before our trip. Glenda was so sweet, her breakfasts were phenomenal! The rest of the staff was so friendly and welcoming. We will absolutely be back again one day!

Lovely, pristine new home. Large kitchen, comfortable clean beds and sheets. Beautiful master bathroom along with another bathroom and a powder room. Lovely distant view of the ocean and of a Piton. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and reading with the ocean in view. Soufriere, the mud baths, Sugar Breach, Ladera restaurant, mineral baths, the Botanical Gardens, hikes and pretty much everything are all within a half hour. The hosts were amazing. We fell in love with them. They represented kind, helpful, responsive, darling Saint Lucians. We had to get used to the roads to access the house. We recommend a small SUV as the roads are narrow and curvy. Dogs are a little barky in the area but that didn't bother us much. The air and weather was of paradise. We enjoyed our stay and the people of Saint Lucia very much.

Really enjoyed the villa. Very private and views are amazing like everyone said. The pool was very relaxing and clean. AC worked great at night for us and no bugs bothered us while sleeping. Denise was a great help and got everything we asked for and always quick to respond. Rented a car and had an amazing experience on the island

Look no further, this place is beautiful! Great location to many activities near Soufriere. The kitchen was very well stocked where we made many meals. We even cooked dinner on the barbecue outside one evening. The gardens on the property were beautiful, we enjoyed the fruits and vegetables from property. The owner Phil and property manager Garvin were always quick to answer any questions. We even enjoyed massaging at the house with the beautiful view. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom apartment tucked away on a sprawling property. The setting is incredibly peaceful, with several acres of land offering privacy and space to truly relax. The apartment itself strikes a perfect balance between modern comforts and a charming, almost archaic aesthetic—think sleek finishes alongside rustic, timeless touches. Do note that a vehicle is essential for getting around, as the location is secluded—but that's exactly what makes it so special. It's the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle, ideal for anyone looking to unwind in style and serenity. Highly recommended!

Craig's place was exactly what we needed. It was modern, very clean and quite peaceful. Best sleep I've had all week. It was a 10-minute drive to the town center yet away from the noise. Thank you to our great hosts!

Uta and her daughters were absolutely lovely. The place is glorious, private, and unique. Felt as if we were in a beautiful tree house. Super private, secluded, and special. Solid Wifi, not sure if good for Zooms, but mostly great. If you want to go to longer beaches or do other local activitites, you will need a car, or to take local taxis. Otherwise, absolutely phenomenal! Thank you, Uta and daughters, for an amazing stay!

Our 4th stay at Vin's was amazing as always! We enjoy the natural surroundings and peacefulness of the property and area in Delcer, Chioseul. There are not many restaurants/bars that are easily walkable, but the location is a great base for many of the natural attractions that St Lucia has to offer. Vin was able to arrange a meal at The View restaurant and with a local woman named Ana. Both places provide breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea and south side of Gros Piton, amazing sunsets! The house is clean and well appointed. AC works well in the bedroom and a fairly constant breeze keeps the air moving in the rest of the house. The kitchen has enough utensils and appliances to self cater basic meals. Wifi worked well and we had no issues using streaming services. A local potter, Miss Leo, lives nearby and provides an opportunity to learn about the local, historical tradition of clay cookware referred to as coalpots.

I enjoyed my stay at Bernabe’s place. It has a spacious bedroom with comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchen with dining table, a cozy living room area, and a modern bathroom with a washing machine. It is a two minute walk to local grocery Massy, as well as a bank, a gym, and a fun open-air bar (The Plaza Bar) that also serves food including wings and fries. Also two minutes away you can catch a local mini-bus to visit other areas. I recommend and would stay here again!

This was the best choice for us! You get to meet the locals, who are very friendly, kind and helpful, and really get to know the culture, completely different experience than staying in the touristy north. The communication with the host was easy and fast and Petula, the property caretaker, was great, kind and so helpful, always asking if we have everything. The pool was great and we were very glad it was there! Definitely recommend this accommodation and place if you want the local experience and also recommend the Hush Bar!

We spent our last two nights in St. Lucia at Conrad’s place and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings of this stay. Conrad’s place is close to many of the main attractions on the island, which made it easy to visit a few of them with Amazon Villas as our base. The local community is welcoming and friendly. You really get a feel for being in the “jungle” while staying at Amazon Villas. It would be best to have your own vehicle while here in order to take advantage of its proximity to some of the amazing experiences on this island. We highly recommend Conrad’s place to travellers visiting this beautiful island.

Pure paradise! You can tell when a host really puts their heart and soul into a property and Calixte truly has with his amazing home. The property was immaculately clean, kept naturally cool with the mountain air and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. The surroundings are a nature lover’s heaven, we enjoyed sitting on our private pergola and watching the hummingbirds by day and the fireflies by night. The location was perfect, everything we wanted to see was only a short drive away and Calixte had some great local tips, advice and recommendations. He advised us beforehand that we needed a 4x4 and we were glad we did as you really do need one to enjoy a comfortable drive for most of the local area, especially driving down to the beaches. Overall we had an incredible stay and if we could rate more than 5 stars we would, Calixte was a kind and welcoming host and he has created a wonderful paradise that we would not hesitate to recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Serenity Stones . It was very spacious and clean with breathtaking views of the ocean and the Pitons. Lydia was a kind and attentive host leaving us water and treats upon our arrival. Her kitchen is fully stocked for anyone who would want to cook their meals. She even gave my friend aloe when she had a skin irritation from the ocean. We saw the most magnificent rainbow on our last morning after some rain. The location was quiet and peaceful in Choiseul and about 10-20 mins from beautiful beaches and great restaurants. Lydia gave us great recommendations for beaches to visit and places to eat. A car is needed to get around and Lydia set us up with a wonderful, friendly and punctual driver. We highly recommended staying at Serenity Stones!

Jamie was our incredible host on behalf of his mom Jenne. From the initial greeting from Jenne to give us some instructions before visiting, to being able to have a truly local experience with Jamie as our guide, our time at J's residence was top notch! The space was pristine and exactly as described. The neighbourhood itself was easily accessible to other major parts of the island. Jamie was always responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. We really appreciated all of the recommendations he gave us and happy we had the opportunity to live like a local (lol). Overall, we would absolutely recommend staying at Jenne's space and we hope to visit again soon!!

I usually don't write reviews, but i felt compelled to share my experience. I had a wonderful stay at this home in La Fargue. The house was exactly as presented online—clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The hosts (Britney and Emron) were amazing. They were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met without any issues. I truly can't thank them enough for their exceptional service. The neighborhood is peaceful, and I always felt safe during my stay. One of the highlights was the rooftop view—absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in St. Lucia. Five stars all the way!

Verna is an all-star host. I immediately felt welcome and taken care of when I arrived and with her help getting transportation. She gave me a tour of her large, diverse, and beautiful garden and really helped me to feel at home. The flat is spacious, clean, quiet, and has a great view. Vetus, the taxi driver she uses, is an excellent driver, timely, and a good guy. He became my guide for a day and helped me find a haircut, some clothes, and some great local food. Wilson’s is a restaurant across the street that will cook you delicious meals for a good price. Verna’s place is a 2mile walk mostly downhill to Laborie. I walked to swim in the bay and meet family staying downtown. If you’re looking for a scenic, peaceful, and welcoming accommodation, Verna’s is an excellent choice!

Great place in a quiet location at the edge of Saufriere. 5 min walk to the supermarket and to Botanical Gardens. About 15 min walk to the beach. Some good restaurants around. Cisco (the owner) is very friendly and helpful. We had a great time and will recommend this place to our friends!

What an amazing trip to St.Lucia for my son and I. We truly think our stay at Topaz with Roger and Alicia was what made it so incredible. They take pride in their property and hospitality. Roger greeted us to help us get acclimated and Alicia is like your own personal travel planner! They live on the top floor and that gave us great peace of mind knowing they were close by for any questions, advice or needs during our stay. We rented a car and did quite well with my son navigating as I drove. We drove to numerous daily adventures, and we’re lucky enough to have Roger as our driver to Eden Estate one day. The apartment is located about a 10 minute walk from town, which we did several nights. If you aren’t comfortable renting a car or driving to certain locations or any locations, Alicia will assist in arranging taxi services. I can’t say enough about what a wonderful experience we had staying and interacting with Roger and Alicia.

Esma's place was a gem! beautiful 2 leveled condo with plenty of space and great amenities. Esma is very responsive and get local administrator, Adeline, was very friendly and welcoming as well. Overall, a nice place close to everything if you're renting your own car.

Julian and Wencess were awesome hosts. The apartment is walking distance to the main road, town and beach which we great for us without a car. The neighborhood is very safe and welcoming. Clean, private apartment. Nice kitchen. Hosts brought us some beers on arrival and were very responsive and accommodating. Great spot for a couple backpackers like ourselves!

The building felt secure and the room was clean and spacious. Host provided clear and detailed instructions. There are no restaurants or stores walkable so keep that in mind.

I stumbled across One Hamilton Place whilst trying to fill a gap in our stay as our main accommodation had no availability for part of our stay. We arrived at the accommodation met by Gloria who was so down to earth and pleasant from the off. The one bed open-plan apartment was spacious, bright clean and airy, it really felt much more spacious. Then you have the Benefit of the most beautiful surrounding landscape viewed from a choice of windows on all elevations, and two separate balconies, it was just a treat. I and my partner stayed for 4 days, and to be honest, just as we were getting too comfortable, I almost forgot our time was up! I actually felt sad and didn’t want to leave. I would’ve stayed longer if we hadn’t pre-booked another accommodation for the remainder of our stay in St Lucia. To top off our stay, Gloria was such a superb Host and defo ‘friend’ quality. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again whether alone or as a couple!

Ellen and John really went to the little ones with us! Communication to help us take a castrie taxi was super easy, the accommodation was very clean with little touches as soon as we arrived. They were able to advise us perfectly for activities around the Soufriere and walked us like a real private guide for $95/day. Frankly, I recommend it for those who want to discover the nature side of Santa Lucia!
