I loved this 4-bedroom villa with a pool! The kitchen was well-equipped with all the cooking utensils we needed. We had a great time swimming and barbecuing. Highly recommend for a fun and relaxing getaway.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa! It's incredibly well-equipped, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The host was extremely helpful and always available to assist with any requests, which made the experience even better. The only downside was that the electricity cost was a bit high compared to the average, but overall, it's a fantastic place to stay. Highly recommended!

Had the best experience staying at this Airbnb. It is spacious with the most perfect outdoor space. The large pool was refreshing and the perfect temperature. Peter was an excellent host and extremely responsive and helpful. He helped arrange a chef to cook for us during our stay and the food was delicious. Very accommodating host. The villa is very spacious and looks even better in person. I would 100% recommend this villa to friends interested in traveling to Phuket.

We had a wonderful stay in the villa as a family for two nights. Very clear communication with the host. They arranged transport from our hotel to the villa and from the villa to the airport. All on time. Everything exceeded our expectations. The house is beautiful and plenty of space. We used grab to order food and managed to buy some beers from a local shop so we had everything we needed for a few days. Would definitely stay again!

We had the most amazing stay here. Nicely decorated place, extremely spacious and we loved the secluded pool! The location was perfect, close to everything yet quiet and peaceful, we slept very well, and the bed was comfortable. The spaciousness continues even in the bathrooms, and the fully equipped kitchen made cooking a pleasure.

The host was excellent — very welcoming and responsive. He even arranged cleaning services just as I requested, which was a great touch. The villa itself was perfect: clean, peaceful, and exactly as described. I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing spot. Just keep in mind that it’s about a 15-minute drive to Central Phuket Mall, so renting a car or using Grab for transportation is a good idea.

It was truly a great holiday for my group and I as we stayed at Ira's villa. Ira assisted us with our pre-arrival all the way up until our departure. Would highly recommend Ira's villa to anyone if you are looking for a great unit that has all the bells and whistles for a relaxing holiday.

Amazing Villa. It's a quiet and very beautiful portion of Phuket. Everything in the Airbnb listing was accurate, but the place was even more beautiful in person. Great view, quick walk to the beach (with several bars/restaurants in walking distance). Plenty of good restaurants and things to do with a very short drive or walk. We really loved the house and were happy we stayed there. The hosts were incredibly reactive with communication and provided several recommendations for places to go and things to do. All of those recommendations were excellent. 5 stars!!

I had an absolutely amazing experience staying at this villa in Phuket. The villa was beautiful—spotlessly clean, spacious, and perfectly set up for a relaxing getaway. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. What truly made the stay special was the host, Pawan. He went above and beyond in every way to make sure I was comfortable. At one point, I wasn’t feeling well, and Pawan personally went out of his way to get me medicine. That kind of kindness and genuine care is something you don’t come across often. I felt truly looked after throughout my stay, and I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re visiting Phuket, staying here with Pawan as your host will make your trip even more memorable.

Was a very peaceful place with a beautiful view. You literally can step off of the porch into the water during high tide. I highly recommend having a masseuse and chef come in during your stay. Well worth it and part of the whole experience and vibe. For those that need their rooms freezing, this may not be the place for you. The AC works fine and kept the place at a cool 20 degrees (72 Fahrenheit). Remember this is a beachfront villa, we had the glass doors open and enjoyed the breeze and short rain showers. Very cozy and so so quiet, definitely recommend for anyone looking to get away. Some stores and restaurants nearby and easy to get rides when you want/need them. Would stay here again without a second thought.

Look no further. This villa was perfect for our 8 day stay in Phuket. It allowed everyone to have their own bedroom & bathroom. The property is SPOTLESS. The villa staff take excellent care of the property down to a debris free pool. Amy was so helpful with answering my many questions and assisting with recommendations. I have nothing negative to say about my stay here, & if I were to return, I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely perfect - gated community private car port, beautiful roof terrace , gardens and pool . Villa was perfect and in a perfect area for many shops , restaurants & bars and Bang Tao beach . Couldn’t suggest any way to make it better and highly recommend staying there . Thankyou Frank

We were skeptical when we booked this villa as it didnt have many reviews. Checked with Vinavan (Host) and she assurred we wont be disappointed. True that! Villa was indeed fantastic. Much better than the pictures with spacious bed rooms, bath rooms, large living and kitchen area and a long and wide swimming pool (much bigger than what you;d see in other 3/4 BR villas in Phuket, and especially Bang Tao area. Kitchen was fully equipped and we had cleaning lady cleaning every day. Elle (property manager) was very resourceful and responsive. We felt like home during our entire stay. Boat Avenue has plenty of Local and Western restaurants, which is only 4mins drive from the villa. It was very easy to get grab bike (40THB) or Grab car/Tuk Tuk (200THB) from villa to Boat avenue. Bang Tao beach is only 5-6mins walk away with plenty of beach clubs, water activities for kids etc. All in all, this place is home away from home. very well equipped, great staff and great location! Dont miss it!

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the elegance, comfort, and attention to detail in every corner of the property. Yulia, our host, was absolutely fantastic—responsive, caring, and full of helpful advice and hidden gems to make our vacation even more special. She made sure we had everything we needed and shared great recommendations for local experiences. One of the best parts? The price! It’s an unbelievable deal considering the high-end experience, and the only reason it’s so affordable is that the village isn’t fully completed yet. However, that had zero impact on our privacy or security—everything felt extremely safe and peaceful. If you’re looking for a luxurious escape with total privacy, this villa is a rare find. Highly recommend!

The house is very nice and clean, with all the necessary amenities inside. We especially enjoyed the pool, which was a great spot to relax. The surrounding area is quiet and beautiful, perfect for a peaceful stay. However, the distance to the nearest beach and shop is quite far, so it’s something to keep in mind. A deposit of 3,000 THB is required, which was clearly stated in the listing. One major issue we encountered was finding the correct house. Although we had a phone number to call, we struggled to communicate, and ultimately, a helpful taxi driver assisted us in reaching the location.
