Christopher was quick to answer any questions. The property was exactly like the photos. Kitchen was well equipped. Beach is only 5 minutes walk. Restaurants right in the doorstep and food shops.

Very happy with our choice! A cozy, clean villa 10 minutes from the best beach in Phuket Bang Tao, and sometimes walked to the lagoon. Very quiet neighborhood, feeling like you are out of town, although in 10 minutes there is life in the best places in Phuket. My son is allergic to dust, so cleanliness was especially important to us. Alexey responded to all questions and requests instantly, everything was resolved within a few hours on the day of appeal. I recommend to families, companies . The bedrooms are isolated from the living room, no one bothers anyone. Our first experience staying at the villa was a success. Thank you Alexey!

Spent a month (6/1/2023 - 6/29/2023) in this townhouse. Lovely place, all necessary household appliances, utensils, linens and towels. The host Yulia and Oleg are wonderful people! We helped to check in, everything was explained in great detail and even on the first day they drove to all supermarkets by car so as not to drag heavy packages on foot.😍 Thank you so much for your responsiveness and help at any moment! A residential complex with a gated community, the townhouse itself is 10 steps away from the clean pool. From the rooftop townhouse we admired the most beautiful sunsets☺️ Two bedrooms, three bathrooms; accommodation is ideal for four people. Large kitchen-living room, all rooms have air conditioning and overhead fans. Washing machine and dryer in the backyard and a large dryer for laundry. I recommend 1000 percent the place! The only downside is that one of the bedrooms has a small closet to store your belongings and there are no nightstands by the bed🙌🏻

We stayed at Julia's place in Kamala for a month, and it was an good experience! The area is great, with plenty of cafes offering a variety of cuisines, lots of massage salons, and both 7/11 and Big C within walking distance. There’s also a street night market nearby with fresh fruits and street food. The beach is very close, and there’s a great gym nearby as well. The property is in a gated, secure community. It has an excellent deep pool with plenty of sun loungers. The house itself is huge, featuring a very comfortable large sofa and a big TV. There’s also a dedicated workspace and a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of cookware. Overall, I highly recommend this place! It’s perfect for two families to stay together.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay here. The location was perfect right in-between Kamala beach and Patong. The view is stunning and having your own private pool is such a nice feature. The villa has plenty of space and 5 bathrooms, which makes it very easy to stay with a group.

Absolutely fantastic property which looks better than the photos. Plenty of space and private as the through road only leads to a hotel. Rooms are big, stylish and with great bathrooms. Pool and outside area is great and very clean. Easy instructions and good communication throughout, I would 100% recommend this property

Great townhouse for a family holiday or holiday with a large group. A separate garden was very useful for children's games. The house has all that is needed for comfortable recreation. Housekeeping and change of linen once a week. On the very place - a good village in the lagoon. Constantly running shuttles to the beach and the lagoon itself. From the point of view of the landlord's support, everything is still at the highest level - they organized an airport transfer, met them in the house, conducted a tour of the area, were in touch. It was an exceptionally pleasant experience.

This is a wonderfully private villa in a very nice group of modern villas. It is very very safe. The house is very large and the hosts are responsive.

A great big house with 3 bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms. A spacious living room and enough space in the kitchen. The interior is renovated and in good condition. We explored Phuket for 14 days by car from here and really liked the location between Bang Tao and Surin Beach and Kamala Beach! The bedrooms are all air conditioned.

Great place for a short stay, recommend

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly kind and communicated proactively throughout our trip. One day, it started raining and I casually asked if they had an umbrella — unbelievably, within just 1 minute, the host showed up with 3 umbrellas so we could still enjoy our walk to Patong. It honestly felt like a superhero moment — like Superman came to the rescue! Truly thoughtful and above and beyond service. Highly recommended!

The place was near everything, it was quiet before 10pm which was nice if we wanted to go to bed early. Two thing was little bit less good, the place had a weird smell which you could definitivly live with but a bit irritating. There was a lot of families with smaller children which made noise early in the morning so I recommend earplugs. Overall the experience was great and it shown as in the picture, the host is easily communicatable and I would recommed this place for a few days.

We stayed at Huan’s house for 4 nights and overall had a pleasant time. The sea view from the living room and bedrooms was stunning. The house is spacious and clean, perfect for relaxing with friends. The neighborhood is quiet, surrounded by nature, and we appreciated the peaceful sounds of cicadas and frogs at night. The host and housekeeper were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. However, the steep hill location made it hard to access without a car. One rainy day brought flying ants inside, and though the pool was cleaned, bugs and leaves kept falling in. Shower pressure was weak and the temperature fluctuated. We had a water cut on the last night, and electricity cost 1,708 THB for 4 nights despite using A/C only at night. Still, we enjoyed the peaceful setting and would recommend it to those who are okay with minor inconveniences and a natural environment.

Super, super good experience, the room facilities are super new, the kitchen is large enough to have pots and pans, small enough to have a bottle opener, the oven, microwave, and large refrigerator are all available, very thoughtful to send us umbrellas and sofa blankets, I personally used Airbnb for the first time, I highly recommend this homestay, the price is very reasonable, and there is a specific location for taxis, the most important thing is that the electricity is not charged indiscriminately, it is all to show you the electricity meter before and after, I hope everyone can book this homestay for a long time!!
