The building is on the corner of the pedestrian island of Via Monferrato, full of shops, clubs and restaurants. Public parking is available for a fee in Piazza Gran Madre and nearby. The supermarket is a few meters from the house.

We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort.

The apartment is located in a small village where the boatmen lived, built in 1880. Located on the third floor with a beautiful view of the Turin hill and Monte dei Cappuccini.
