A small, 2022 built house in peaceful street, 5 min walk to center of Bovec. It has it`s own garden and 35m2 private patio with table, chairs, 2 deck chairs and big transparent roof for you to enjoy it even if it rains! It has an upstairs bedroom with big bed (180x200) and on the ground floor a sofa bed (140x200). The kitchen has all essentials appliances like dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle. The kitchen is modern, white high gloss. There is a modern bathroom with walk-in rain shower.

The apartment(30m2) is newly and modern decorated, with all the basic equipment and upgraded with handmade design pieces. Perfect for couples or solo adventurers . Bright and cozy two-room apartment, equipped with a small terrace, is a 5-minute walk from the historic center and very close to the train station. It can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people and is served by all the city's urban lines. *** The city of Udine has introduced the tourist tax for those staying in the city starting from 1.02.25. The amount is €1.60 per night per person up to a maximum of five nights. It will be collected upon arrival directly from the Host.

The house is located in Valbruna, a small and quiet village in the Valcanale, close to the Julian Alps. It is a short walk from the center of the village and is a strategic starting point for the naturalistic and historical excursions that Val Saisera offers. In the village, there is a grocery store for basic necessities, a few hundred meters from the house. A supermarket is 4 kilometers towards Tarvisio. One km from Valbruna are the accesses to the AlpeAdria cycle path.
