Once the clubhouse of our equestrian center, it blends ancient charm with modern comfort. Completely renovated, it has a large double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom, an entrance, and a spacious kitchen area. Ideal for relaxation, visiting art cities, and enjoying outdoor sports.

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

The flat is located in the city center of Busseto and has just been completely renovated. It is divided into 2 floors and consists of kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Busseto is known throughout the world for being the hometown of Giuseppe Verdi and is the perfect starting point for visiting Verdi's places and for a vist of the production area of Parmigiano Reggiano and Parma Ham. It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.
