The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

Bright and airy apartment within orangery

Pigsty Cottage is a spacious apartment within an Orangery, its a lovely private place to stay. Well equipped, with a top quality kingsize bed and mattress, secure parking and electric gates. A Lovely rural location, stunning gardens. Great for visits to Bath, Stonehenge, Salisbury and Devizes. We do allow a well behaved pet. If you’re planning on bringing a pet, we’d like to know in advance as we make some small changes to the furnishings accordingly. We have a strict poo pick up policy.

The Hideaway Loft with pool*, gym and yoga classes

The Hideaway is nestled in the Wiltshire countryside on a four acre smallholding near to the foothills of Roundway Down. It is a self-contained 1st floor studio, adjacent to the hosts property, surrounded by sheep, donkeys, dogs, chickens, a pony and large African tortoise. The opportunity to feed the lambs during springtime can be arranged. *Guests are welcome to use the family pool during the summer months (June-September) and the gym. Onsite yoga classes can be arranged after booking.

Charming cosy country cottage above Lacock for 2

This little cottage is modern, clean and light with an open plan kitchen to the right as you step in the door and seating beyond with french doors leading out into the garden. The bedroom is small but comfortable with plenty of space for clothes in a fitted wardrobe with hanging and shelves. The bathroom en suite has a bath with shower, WC, basin and fresh white towels. Surrounded by nature, trees, shrubs and with the sound of birds to wake up to this is a truly relaxing place.

Cosy Lex Cottage overlooking National Trust Lacock

A pretty 19th-century detached cottage set within a large rolling garden with shallow stream and summerhouse overlooking meadowland and stunning views over the National Trust medieval village of Lacock. This period cottage includes a double aspect living room, dining room, well-equipped kitchen and utility room, double and twin bedrooms with comfy beds, bathroom with oval bath and fitted shower. There is also an additional bed in the summerhouse if required.

Magical Pond House

The Pond House is in a little world of its own. Hidden among trees, on the edge of the mill pond, in spring it is surrounded by wild garlic and bluebells, in summer by bird song and the soft burbling of the Westbrook stream. Newly built to the highest environmental standards and using local wood, it is warm and exceedingly peaceful. It shares a private valley with the Enchanted Mill (16767255) and can be rented together or separately.

Ideal for exploring the National Trust village of Lacock or taking in views on some of the many dog walks in the area. The property is well equipped with everything you might need for an enjoyable visit. Full kitchen, Bathroom, Smart TV with Netflix, Disney + and WIFI.

Our beautiful country cottage lies in the grounds of our lovingly landscaped garden, which we have tended to carefully over the 30 years we have lived here. The cottage, which was originally built around 1850 and is separate to our main house, has recently been renovated to turn it into a charming characterful space that is just perfect for couples, small families, solo adventurers and business travellers.
