The Annex at Giggleswick is a spacious, self contained apartment on the edge of the Cotswold Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Privately accessed through its own outside door, it has a kitchen, bathroom and lounge area, with all the expected amenities. A single story self contained annex, attached to the owners property., located close to Yate, Chipping Sodbury and Pucklechurch and half way between Bristol and Bath, making it a suitable base for both holiday and business accommodation, there is easy access to both M4 and M5 motorways, A46 Bath – Stroud , Bristol ring road, Emerson’s Green Science Park, and for keen cyclists is a stone’s throw from the Bristol-Bath cycle track.

The village is conveniently located for the M5, with J14 approx. 10 mins by car, and the A38 a similar distance. Easy access to local market towns of Thornbury and Wotton-under-Edge, as well as to Bristol and Bath. The barn is next door to our home but entirely self-contained and private with parking for two cars.
