Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Chios

Maria muhteşem bir ev sahibi. Airbnb evinde değil, bizi çok seven bir akrabamızın evine gelmiş gibi karşılandık. Eve erken giriş ve geç çıkış ricalarımızı hiç kırmadı. İlk sabah bizim için kahvaltı ve pek çok lezzetli ikram hazırlamıştı. Evin konumu şehir merkezine çok yakın. Sakız tekrar gelirsek kesin Maria'da kalırız. σε αγαπάμε Μαρία ❤️

One of the best vacation we had. We were 5 people (two families). The description of the apartment was accurate. George was very cooperative and helpful, and responded to all our messages in a short time. Check-out was very flexible (in view of the availability). The apartment has 3 nice bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with a barh and one with a shower). There are 2 floors, each has a big balcony, right against the sea view. Location is the best and the beach is mostly welcoming, as well as the side restaurants-bars. One should note there are some 10 stairs from the street to the front door, and 30 more to the first floor of the apartment, but it worth every one of them. Parking may be a problem, but usually, by evening time, we have found a place. There are a few near supermarkets and other stores, and the place is a good spot to stardaily tours around the island. We will certainly come back.

Üç günlük konaklamamızda her şey çok güzeldi, ev çok temiz yenilenmiş ve kullanışlıydı. Sadece konumu merkeze uzak, aracınız varsa sorun yaşamazsınız biz yürüyerek 25-30 dk da merkezden eve vardık. Maria ve Steve çok tatlı insanlardı, çok memnun kaldık kesinlikle tavsiyedir

La signora Tania Maria è gentilissima, aperta e calorosa.Sempre disponibile in caso di bisogno. La casa é perfetta, sembra di vivere in un sogno medievale. La cittadina di Mesta é un posto bellissimo, l'accesso alle spiagge da sogno e facile con una macchina a disposizione. Questa aerea dell'isola sembra la più interessante e offre un mare splendido e siti storici preziosi. Raccomandato al 100% ! Vi consigliamo di prendere il caffè al mattino seduti al tavolino della casetta, prima che il sole scaldi troppo l'aria. Prendetevi cura dei gattini del villaggio, sapranno ricompensarvi con coccole abbondanti. Chios e una meraviglia e Mesta un gioiello. La casa di Tania Maria un nido perfetto per riposare!

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in Isidoros’ lovely house in Armolia. As shown in the pictures, the house is a beautifully restored and decorated stone house, with a fully stocked modern kitchen and a very comfortable bed in the main bedroom. Beyond the house itself, highlights of this property are: 1) its location in the charming little town of Armolia, which is centrally located for accessing popular sights of the south (e.g. the towns of Pyrgi and Mesta, Mavra Volia beach, the Masticha museum etc.) and features a couple of great local restaurants, and 2) the host, Isidoros, who is extremely prompt and polite in all communications, and goes out of his way to be helpful—from leaving kind welcoming gifts, to accommodating last-minute changes when our scheduled ferry got cancelled. We’re looking forward to our next visit!

We were quite satisfied with our staying at Konstantinos House. Kalamoti is a wonderful place, full of historical value and peaceful vibe. Konstantinos is a very kind person, ready to answer all our questions, facilitate his guests staying plus the house is very beautiful and nicely decorated. We are looking forward to going back again. I hope we will.

Δημητρα and her mum were fantastic hosts. Excellent communication and really helpful. The place is outstanding and very clean, fresh linen and fresh towels. Beautiful setting. The area is full of great things to do and see. Recommended.

This was a perfect spot for our visit to Komi! The location is truly unmatched and the space itself is wonderful. The balcony and ocean views were extraordinary! So cheery and welcoming! We would stay here again when we return to Chios. Thank you, Antonis!

Byen Volissos er billedskøn og fuld af charme. Virkelig stemningsfuld og gæstfri. Vi elskede at gå rundt om aftenen i byen, sidde på torvet og bare kigge eller få en drink på en af caféerne. Det er en meget bakket by og huset ligger højt oppe med en smuk, smuk udsigt fra den fælles terrasse. Lejligheden er rummelig og meget ren. Der er alt, hvad man har brug for. Værterne er nemme at kommunikere med og helt utrolig hjælpsomme. Strandene ligger i gåafstand, men i sommervarmen vil det klart være at foretrække med bil. Vi klarede os dog til fods, med taxa og med stor hjælp fra værterne. Tusind tak!

Accomodation for four in an apartment with two bed rooms, each with his bathroom and big common spaces (living room with kitchenette and huge terrace on the sea). Big, clean, well organized apartment, with fantastic view on the bay of Volissos, in a quiet area, close to beaches within walking distance for a morning swim. Anthigony, the perfect host: always reachable and present (she gave us her phone number and we could reach her any time for informations and suggestions), but with discretion. Like being at home. Should I be again in Volissos, I would choose the same accomodation for sure and suggest it to others. Thank you Anthigony!

I had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. The host was very responsive and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

House is very comfortable and host is very helpful. The village Kalamoti is near to many touristic places like Komi beach, Pyrgi, Mesta. You can watch the stars at night on the rooftop of the house.

It was my first time traveling by renting a house from Airbnb, so I had some questions in my mind, but it was simply perfect. Thanks to our host, I felt as if I was going to another country to visit a friend rather than as a tourist. Even before our trip, our host took care of all the details and we were always in communication. The little gift basket and folder containing regional information they prepared for us when we got home were amazing. The location of the house was easy to find and the house was larger than I expected. There was everything we might need for a short time, from coffee to shampoo. thank you very much again and again

Antonios è una persona cordiale e discreta, ci è venuto a prendere in aeroporto e ci ha accompagnato fino a casa, un posto tranquillo. La casa è fornita di ogni comfort, per qualsiasi problema Antonios risponde subito. Tutto come nell'annuncio, dalle foto alla descrizione.

Nazik ev sahipliği için Eleni’ye teşekkür ederiz. 9 kişilik grubumuzun tüm ihtiyaçlarını karşılayan çok güzel bir evde konakladık. Denize ulaşımımız arabayla oldu, yakınlarda birbirinden güzel plajlar ve cafe restoranlar vardı. Burası sakinlik isteyenler için ideal bir konaklama yeri. Ev adanın batı yakasında olduğu için biraz rüzgar oluyor, bu bazen yorucu olabiliyor. Doğudaki limandan ulaşmak dağ yollarından oluyor, yaklaşık 1 saatlik bir araba yolculuğu gerekiyor. Ancak yolculuk bitip eve kavuştuğunuzda bu yolculuğa değdiğini anlıyorsunuz. Bizim için bu güzel ortamı sağlayan ev sahiplerimize tekrar teşekkür ederiz.

We loved this house, it was huge and everyone had their own space. It was very modern and comfortable and the older members of the group were grateful for the elevator! Gorgeous views and an easy walk to restaurants on the waterfront.

Very beautiful villa in Vrontados. The greeter was very nice. Initially tricky to locate with GPS but once you find it, it’s easy. Great morning sun and views of the sea from the covered porch. Entire house was very clean and decorated well. Air conditioning was a plus on the days we stayed when it was very hot. Pull down screens for the windows if you wanted fresh air without bugs. Crib was available. Kitchen had all of the basics and then some. Kids toys and small table were a nice touch. Plenty of storage space and nice little touches throughout the whole house. Will stay again when we return to Chios.

Evi çok beğendik. Manzarası harika. Evde ihtiyacımız olabilecek her şey hatta daha fazlası mevcuttu. Köy merkezinde küçük restaurantlar var. Yakındaki plajı sakin ve güzeldi. Adaya ulaşım sırasında yaşadığımız aksiliklerde Angeliki çok yardımcı oldu. Düşünceli ve nazik. Her şey için teşekkürler. Huzurlu, keyifli bir yer. Seneye tekrar gitmeyi düşünüyoruz.
