The holiday house "Spiti Limnos" is located about 250 meters from the nice beach of Limnos, on the most beautiful and wildest coast of the island. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms ( 1 double bed and 1 single in each), kitchen, living-dining room, bathroom and a large terrace. Ground floor: 2 shower-rooms / WC, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed with a mezzanine floor (on which there are 2 sleepings for kid) and a bedroom with 3 single beds. This 170 s.m., masonry wall, double-storey house was originaly constructed at 1859 and is a typical example of early neoclassical architecture, infused with local traditional elements such as the pebbled yard and the traditional terrace. According to a new ministerial decision, the residents of the house are obliged to pay a "Climate Crisis Resilience Fee" of 15 Euros per day. The total cost will be collected by the owner who will pay it to the tax office.
