The cottage happily sleeps four but is perfect as a luxurious retreat for two. Location is amazing - Just a few minutes walk from the Market Hill, the Thoroughfare and glorious River Deben. A new build single story, 'L' shaped private dwelling with 2 banks of 'bi-fold' doors overlooking a large pond in a secluded sunny courtyard. Suitable for 4 adults. No Children under the age of 8 years and babies in arms by prior agreement. Not suitable for people with mobility issues as there is not enough access for a wheelchair, steps and a gravel drive. Sorry but no pets. Furnished to high standard and fully equipped with most items. 5 minutes from Snape and Orford.

Situated just 5 mins. walk from Snape Maltings 5 miles from the heritage coast at Aldeburgh, Thorpeness and Orford. This is truly rural Suffolk with the Suffolk heritage coast and many interesting places on your doorstep. The garden annexe is completely private and separate from our house. A quiet retreat in an AONB. Use of our garden whenever you would like. Views of countryside and wildlife at the end of our garden. Large private parking.
