Everything was very good, Regina's attention was always quick and very productive to know if everything was fine.

Great spot! Very relaxing compact space that feels spacious. It was equipped with everything we needed for a few nights stay. Beds were comfortable and the space was extremely clean. We made friends with a super cute cat that hung around outside. 100% recommend.

This is a blast! Really an unforgettable experience. It is perceived that the house was lovingly built. Every corner has details that make it unique. We felt truly fortunate to have had this experience. I also highlight the hospitality of Miguel, who was always in touch with us, either to answer questions, give us data of the places and help us with what we needed. 100% Recommended!

As hostess Yenny and her husband are a 100, due to everything you need, the cabins are a true luxury surrounded by nature. Easy to get to, wonderful surroundings, restaurants in the exquisite area, etc, a real success.

Our experience at this place was truly spectacular. The view and setting are breathtaking, ideal for those looking for tranquility and to disconnect. From the first moment, Isabel was very clear with the directions, which made our arrival and stay easier. The place was spotless, with all the necessary elements for a comfortable and pleasant stay. In addition, we highly valued the recommendations Isabel gave us, especially about nearby beaches, which made our experience even better. Another point worth noting is Isabel's quick response and willingness to help in any situation. During a tour of the parks in the area, we had a problem with a tire, and she immediately guided us on where to go and even helped us with a contact. Definitely an amazing experience that we fully recommend. We hope to be back soon!

The place is beautiful! If you want to escape from the city and connect with a wonderful forest, you must come here and meet Don Coihue and Don Ciprés, the true protectors of this beautiful place. The views are spectacular and Hector has many stories to tell, Bea his partner is very cool and Antonia his daughter, a sweetheart with her kittens.

Ramon was an excellent host. He was very flexible with the check-in time and for that, we were very grateful for his kindness. The place is beautiful and peaceful. The pool is very nice. It was a beautiful experience. Super recommended. We'd come back without thinking. Thank you for everything :)

The place is amazing, the photos really don't do it justice. The cabin is beautiful and very well equipped with the basics for a couple or family of 4. The view of the river from the terrace is beautiful, as shown in the photos. There are trails to go and direct access to the river. Isabel and Francisco were attentive to our well-being and always with the willingness to help us and make us feel comfortable. We really go with gratitude, thank you so much for everything! It was a wonderful experience.

The property is spectacular: clean, functional and cozy. Pablo was an excellent host from the time of booking until the day of our departure, giving us a detailed list of cooking utensils, recommendations on nearby places, instructions on how to get there and how to operate the wood stove, and all the flexibility possible. The property is safe to leave pets loose. More recommended for 4 than 6 people, mainly because it only has 1 bathroom.

Our stay at this cabin was simply spectacular. The cabin is spacious, perfect for resting in total comfort. The terrace allowed us to enjoy an unparalleled view of the volcano, surrounded by nature and away from the noise of the city. The tranquility of the place, along with the green and well-kept environment, made the experience even more special. The hosts, Cecilia and Roberto, were incredibly friendly, caring and helpful at all times. Definitely a place we hope to return to.

The place is magical and the house is very cozy, only constructive criticism, add more crockery, napkins, new towels, glasses and oil and coffee, basic supplies.

A very quiet and charming place, ideal for a few days of rest, close to the lake for swimming and activities such as kayaking. Rodrigo was very attentive to how we felt and if we wanted the tinaja in the afternoons. Ideal place to get away from everyday life and connect with nature. We would come back 1 and 100 times!

A beautiful place ideal for resting and disconnecting from the city. Andrea, who welcomed us, was so loving, attentive, and very nice!! Our stay was very nice, the house was clean, very beautiful with a beautiful view of the hills.... we were surrounded by trees and the sound of the wonderful river... There was a very friendly little dog that accompanied us in the river during the afternoon. A perfect stay, 1000% recommended

The refuge is beautiful and quiet. We went with our little dog and it's ideal because they can be free in a protected environment. Everything is so quiet and you have everything you need to relax that it wasn't even necessary to leave. I'd gladly go back.
