Waterfront vacation rentals in Chile

A luxury place. Very clean and tidy. Catalina was an excellent host and communicated with us at all times. The apartment has a beautiful view and the accommodation has everything you need for a perfect stay. We'll definitely be back!!

I stayed here for three nights and explored the area. I was here in late autumn and it's very quiet. The view from the cabin is beautiful, with direct views of the lake and the surrounding countryside. Martin is a fantastic host, and I'd love to come back! It was a wonderful stay.

The apartment is very nice, as shown in the photos. In addition, Michael was very kind at all times, providing clear information to enter the apartment. Beautiful view of the beach and the apartment is very clean and tidy. I'm sure we'll be back!

Everything was fine with the hosts, beautiful place, comfortable in a very good area of the city. The problem arose with AIRBNB, who wanted to cancel the reservation under conditions that only suited them.

Carlos's instructions were clear and he was always available if we needed anything. Check-in was very simple and there was no problem with the accommodation. It has many extra things that are useful for spending time (such as board games, books, etc.), it is very close to the beach and located in a very nice area of Viña. The only thing (which is not Carlos's fault, in fact he helped us book the pool) is that if you want to use the pool, come for several days and plan well, since we booked in a hurry and it just happened to be the day they were going to clean it. Other than that, I would return to the apartment, excellent for couples🥰.

Everything was great, excellent view and location, accessible, etc... maybe the only thing missing: a TV with a streaming device, to be able to access my YouTube and Netflix accounts

the apartment was in good condition, the views were the best, the main bed was very comfortable, although it is not suitable for smokers, there was a smell of tobacco that was noticeable in the apartment, it did not seem like a single guest who did not comply with the policies

I have to say that everything was more than good. We live in Chiloé but we wanted to escape the routine and the truth is we came to the right place. Close to everything, but disconnected from everything. The house is spectacular. Very nice view because they took advantage of the height, the house is impeccable, tidy, modern kitchen and equipped with everything you need, the bathrooms are super clean and very comfortable, hot shower. The rooms too. Comfortable, spacious beds, good quality bedding and very good warmth. And the best thing was that we asked for the service with a jar and the truth is that it was wonderful. They waited for us with warm water, it lasted just long enough for us (about 4 hours). It's very nice that it's on the same terrace as the house and that it's roofed because it was too cold, but we felt sheltered and with many amenities. We had no problems with anything at all and we are really going to return and recommend it to tourists and our families and friends here who want to escaparse.10/10

Wonderful place. The house is very comfortable and cozy. Lots of tranquility and nature. Dolphins putting on a show in front of the door. Incredibly large myrtle trees in the woods. There are many walks that can be taken from there. We had such a great time that we just want to go back!

I thank Viviane for leasing her house. The place is wonderful, the landscape, the gardens, you can see the sea in all its immensity.

I loved this place, ideally not to popularize it so much, since the best thing about it is the location away from everyone with a view of the sea, incredible! The cabin has everything, I felt very safe and disconnected, which was what my husband and I were looking for with my dog. Thank you Sandra, apart from the fact that Salón Verde is exquisite! We'll definitely be back!

Beautiful, bright, clean and very functional steps from the beach between forests is Carlos's house. Nothing is missing and Carlos as an excellent host turned out to be a great stay. We are already scheduling a new and longer stay, I would recommend it 100%

The apartment has an unbeatable view, very comfortable. If I had to give any recommendations, I would say that the TV was not very good and that to leave the apartment clean, it is necessary to have utensils for it. But overall everything was great. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay here. It's a terrific apartment, beautifully decorated with stunning views of Valparaiso. We enjoyed it so much and were so relaxed, we even decided to order food in one night so we didn't have to leave! When we did go out, the location is unbeatable - close to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, walking. If you choose not to walk, Uber has no trouble finding the address. Beds are very comfortable and showers are hot. The lovely gentlemen at concierge are super helpful with parking, laundry keys (even small change for the machines!) and general enquiries. They also explained that there is a garbage room on each level so we could easily dispose of bottles, etc. One of my favourite stays in our 7 week trip.

excellent apartment! I stayed with my partner for 4 nights and it was a very cozy and very well equipped place. Ximena takes care of all the details you need to have a perfect stay. I only found the shower to be small, for a person with obesity I do not recommend it. Comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen and excellent hygiene.

The place is just like the photos, tidy and clean. Very nice view and good location. Pamela was always attentive to the requirements we had.

The apartment exceeded my expectations, it has a wonderful view of the beach, and everything in the apartment was impeccable, clean and tidy. It is important to note that both rooms had beds in good condition and quite comfortable pillows. The host was super attentive and willing, as he allowed us to enter the apartment earlier than agreed, so the trip was perfect. I hope to be back soon.
